Three Night Summer Minimum!

Located in the charming hamlet that is Harbert, we welcome you to The Kottage. This three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is just a couple minute walk to the beautiful Cherry Beach! Your group will love the home's private outdoor setting. Soak your worries away in the outdoor hot tub (open year-round). Roast s'mores over the outdoor firepit as you gaze the stars above. Also including outdoor shower to wash after a long day of beachcombing. The main floor of The Kottage has the master bedroom (king bed) boasts an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and giant steam shower! For those cool fall or winter nights the family room features a gas fireplace. Lounge in the comfortable family room with large flat screen tv (with basic cable and dvd player). Fully stocked kitchen with island seating for four. Dining table seats four and can expand to seat two more. Hallway half bath and a utility room with washer/dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bedroom and the other with two twin beds. All bedrooms come with TVs with basic cable. Full bathroom between both bedrooms.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private hot tub, outdoor firepit, outdoor shower, gas grill, internet, cable, washer/dryer, central heat/air, steam shower, beach wagon/chairs, and much more!

**Detached Garage, Barn and back of lot not included in rental. Owner of home may access occasionally.

**All Guests Required To Sign Our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

A perfect honeymoon

The home was just what we wanted with close beach access. Would definitely stay there again plus the communication with management group with any questions were quickly answered.

Beach Week

A great week of fun in the sun. The property is very well kept. The house was clean and fully functional. We had a little hiccup at the start but the owner humbly apologized for a confusion and we had a great week. So many things to do nearby or just walk 4 minutes and you will be at the beach.

Great location, clean home, lovely hot tub

We loved our stay. Great location just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to lots of breweries and restaurants, etc. The home was very clean and the hot tub was so nice to have. Some of us found the chairs and beds a bit uncomfortable, but others thought they were just fine. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

Our family loved that this house is a short walk to beautiful Cherry Beach and an eight-minute drive to Warren Dunes State Park. We found some great restaurants and breweries in New Buffalo. We have rented numerous houses on VRBO, and I would highly recommend "The Kottage".

Fun gals’ getaway

We five long time friends thoroughly enjoyed this clean, convenient, and beautifully located Kottage. Although the weather was too cold for the hot tub, the fireplace kept us cozy. It’s an excellent place!

Peaceful getaway

This was the perfect stay for the 5 of us during Labor Day weekend. It's a short walk to a nice beach and accessible to New Buffalo and Warren Dunes. The property was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed plus bonuses (steam room!). I would do it all again.

All that you need, and more!

The home is absolutely wonderful. We loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, front porch, hot tub, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful Cherry Beach area. It is very green and peaceful. Closeness to the beach is great. We definitely will be back to enjoy the “and more” - steam shower and fire pit!

Family trip to west Michigan.

Loved this property. We loved it's location, especially the literal 5 min walk to the hidden gem of a beach. The cottage itself had more amenities than what we could use. It was just an easy vacation for us.

Hidden gem

Home is well kept, clean, and with all the amenities one could want. Short walk to a little known beautiful beach. Great stay for families with small kids like myself. It is expensive (the fees add up fast) but worth it. Our only hiccup was an hour before checkout there was a power outage so we had a difficult time packing up & completing the property's chore list but we managed..

Great weekend close to Cherry Beach!

This place was very clean and the online pictures don't do it justice. This place has everything for everyone. It has a big open main room and a nice backyard that has a hot tub and a firepit. There was a wagon with sand toys to take to Cherry Beach which was a 5 minute walk away. We spent hours at Cherry Beach which was the reason we rented this house. That beach is the best. We hope to return next summer.

Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful time staying at the Kottage with our son and daughter-in-law and their two boys. Beautiful property very close to cherry beach. This place has all the amenities and then some.
