Step outside to a beautiful screened-in porch that opens onto a large wrap-around deck with a natural gas grill, leading to a private 6-person hot tub, yard, fire pit, and plenty of parking. There’s also a spacious front porch with lounge chairs for relaxing at sunset. The sunsets are not to be missed!

Our guests have also raved about the natural beauty of nearby Warren Woods State Park with its lush and well-maintained hiking trails and extraordinary birdwatching opportunities. Plus, there’s Granor Farm, a local organic farm that sells produce, serves meals, and offers a variety of educational opportunities.

Being a historic town, Three Oaks also has the Vickers Theater, a showcase for nearly a century of high-quality cinema. Another advantage of staying at Good Karma Guesthouse is its proximity to the popular restaurants, galleries, and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo, as well as the majestic, crystal-sand Lake Michigan beaches! You can also enjoy many activities from being a short drive away from the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat and other watercraft rentals, fishing expeditions, day or evening cruises, and various woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore.

Lest we forget, the stunning Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, beachfront, wetland trails, and extraordinary birdwatching! We welcome up to 2 dogs not exceeding 40lb each for $100. Please include the number of pets you plan at booking.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

Out of respect for our cleaners and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Lovely long weekend this summer -2 adults, 3 kids. Beautifully appointed home, really fun outdoor area. Responsive hosts and very clean home. Close to everything in Three Oaks and only about 12 minutes away from New Buffalo. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a summer vacation rental with a short drive to Lake Michigan beaches. Family friendly, pet friendly. Good for hosting others that were staying near us for a nice small patio dinner and some s’mores by the fire after!

This is a lovely home in Three Oaks. It was very clean with beautiful decor. In walking distance to everything Three Oaks has to offer. The hot tub and screened in porch were an added bonus. Definitely don't hesitate to rent this house.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The home is very clean and has a great set up allowing you room to enjoy the inside and outside of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook your own meals. There were so many thoughtful details provided for the humans and my dog. The location is walking distance to great shops and restaurants in Three Oaks and is centrally located to many other great shops and restaurants in Harbor Country. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!
