The Plaza Requires guests to register upon arrival. Registration is $80 for the entire stay and includes 2 parking permits, additional permits available for $15/day or $80 for full stay. Payable directly to the building upon arrival. Outdoor pool is seasonal, May through October. Indoor pool area is open 24 hours a day, year round.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
