Once you walk through our front door, everything feels like home. You'll be able to relax and sleep soundly...
We provide a cozy townhome, stylishly renovated. Located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, we’re just a leisurely stroll away from the beautiful, white sand beach and areas where you can enjoy many restaurants, shops, and bars PCB has to offer.

Gated community includes:
☀️11 pools-1 on the Gulf with a gorgeous view

☀️Restrooms & showers at beach access

The Space:
Upstairs:
✅Master bedroom with king bed
✅Balcony attached to master
✅Spare bedroom with queen & twin
✅Full bathroom with shower/tub combo

Downstairs:
✅Living room with brand new, comfortable, memory foam queen sofa sleeper
✅Dining room (6 seats)
✅Half bathroom
✅Fully stocked kitchen with island (6 stools)

Outdoors:
✅Enjoy the warm weather in the seating area on the back patio with wicker seating & concrete table with benches

Guest Access:
✅Two (2) free parking spaces are available directly in front of the townhouse. No parking garages or elevators to deal with!
✅You have access to the full townhouse and all amenities within Gulf Highlands, according to their availability at the time of your visit. Gate code opens all gates in the complex, such as private beach access.
✅You will have a unique code assigned at check in for keyless entry to the townhouse.

Other Details to Note:
✅Security cameras are located at the front doorbell and back patio areas for your safety.
✅Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your vacation.
✅ Pets are welcome! Dogs only, max 2 per HOA guidelines. $150 pet fee.
✅ Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
✅Florida is a tropical destination with lizards, frogs, and bugs outdoors. I can not control nature but have recurring, professional pest control services to prevent pest issues in the townhouse. Refunds will not be given for pests that fly in or run in when the door is open. Please keep doors and windows closed, and seal and store food properly so pests are not attracted inside.

When we arrived we noticed upstairs carpet was very dirty. We contacted the host and she sent someone to clean it immediately. The furniture upstairs the beds need to be replaced. The furniture downstairs was dirty so while cleaning lady was there , we asked if she could clean couches too. Which she did. Overall not the best experience, but the host April did everything she could to accommodate the cleaning.

Everything was amazing! All the switches and cabinets had labels so it was super easy to find everything! She had anything you might need for a beach day readily available and the overall experience was great! Will definitely be staying here again! And also her communication throughout the trip was amazing as well. Super helpful with anything we needed during our trip!

Check-in was easy. Place was clean. Wi-Fi was good. The complex is quite old. Some of the pictures on the website were of other units apparently - e.g. the view from our balcony was of the parking lot and other units. Overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful

April was amazing.. She answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions on things to do in not so sunny weather.. The townhouse was clean and cozy.. She also provided everything you need while staying away from home.. It was like being at home..We will be back for fall break next year..

Y’all!! This place was so cute and comfy for our family! It was in a gated community just a short walk from the beach. There were multiple pools on the property and tennis courts. We only used the pools but all were clean and kids overwhelmingly approved! There was a private beach access and one of the pools was right there on the beach! We loved that one! There was also a small bar/restaurant at the beach entrance/pool area called The Cajun Chicks and it was amazing! My husband is still raving about the red beans and rice! There was security at the entrance gates to the community who were serious about who came and went. We had young tween girls with us and that security was super important to me. We felt very safe there, and after speaking with other neighbors many said the same. Now let’s talk about our host April! She was incredibly kind and communicated so well! The thoughtfulness she put into this place was just amazing. A closet full of beach stuff including lots of beach towels, tons of toys, an umbrella, and even a whole wagon! There was a basket full of games, puzzles, and fun stuff. Beds were super comfy and had great pillows! There were plenty of bathroom towels and bedding as well. April even included small stuff you may have forgotten like cotton balls, q-tips, small lotions, etc. This girl momma loved that! We were even able to bring our beloved Frenchies with us! Dog friendly spots this nice are hard to find! We loved our stay! Thanks April! We’ll be back!

My property offers a place you can bring your pups with you on vacation, it has 2 private parking spaces right at your front door, no parking garages or elevators to deal with like the high-rise condos. It is located in a safe, gated community with enough amenities to keep you busy all week!
