Located in Ship Bottom, this home is just 1.5 blocks (short blocks) from the beach entrance, where you’ll be greeted with the site of a lifeguard sitting in their chair, who will keep a keen eye on the water, for your safety.
This charming cape has embraced it’s LBI vintage heritage including its sun porch and fenced in back yard, which is a plus, because only 200 ft. away is the kayak/sailboat launch into Barnegat Bay; use the outdoor shower to wash that salt off and to enjoy the feel of the outdoors.
Walk to all Ship Bottom has to offer!
Adult libations at Joe Pop’s or the Port Hole, miniature golf, the awesome Farias Surf Shop, pizza, adult dining, ice cream and many shops. Enjoy the free weekly outdoor concerts at the boat ramp!
