The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless-steel appliances. Counter seating joins the dining area just beyond. Guests can enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace or a game on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the comfortable living room sofa. Experience lovely views of the river and mountains through the large French door windows and deck space beyond.
Also on the entry level are two bedrooms. The primary suite on the entry level has a king bed, flat screen TV and attached full bath with separate tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV as well, and an adjacent 3/4 bath, accessible to all on the main level.
Downstairs, pass the laundry room to the wide open rec room, with lots of comfortable seating, another large flat-screen TV and plenty of light on your way to the deck and beyond. Two bedrooms down here share a large 3/4 bath with shower. One bedroom has a twin bed and set of twin bunks, while the other has another king-sized bed with flat-screen TV.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.
