- The best restaurants in the area have to be 18 footers and China Diner in Double Bay, or Icebergs in Bondi. These are truly notable for their splendid fare, and will leave you wondering if you should visit more than once!
- It's just a 15 minute stroll to reach the tree-lined Woollahra Queen street, which feels like an English village and boasts a sophisticated selection of shops, restaurants, antique stores and art galleries.
- The nearby Palace Chauvel Cinema is a fantastic cultural spot, often running film festivals, or shoeing something off-beat.
- For a relaxing morning, head to Rushcutters Bay Park for a secluded yoga session or to read the newspaper. It's one of the most picturesque spots in the city!


Home Truths
- Please note the building is undergoing façade improvement works between 2023 and 2026, and balcony access will be unavailable during this time . The works are external only and generally cause minimal disruption. Noise is typically only noticeable when works are occurring directly near the apartment. Under Sydney City Council regulations, construction is permitted Monday to Friday between approximately 8:00am and 3:00pm, with no weekend or after-hours work allowed . The rent has been reduced accordingly to reflect these temporary works.
- This property does not have Air conditioning - however there are fans in the bedrooms and living area.
- Please note the indoor pool is currently closed for renovation and is expected to reopen around December. The outdoor pool is still open and lovely to use.
