• This vast apartment contains two closed bedrooms with queen beds, wardrobe with built-in storage, and one of them is fitted with a smart television.

• The kitchen comes with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, frying pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't lack anything. In addition, a traditional filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso Vertuo machine with capsules are at your disposal for your sleepy mornings.

• In the living room, you will find a three-seater sofa convertible into a double bed, a large smart TV and a bar area.

• The unit contains a laundry room with washer & dryer, a bathroom with tub-shower, two entry wardrobes and air conditioning!

Other things to note:
• By booking this unit, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy.

Perfect location, perfect place

This apartment was everything we needed for a girl’s trip. Clean, spacious, modern, beautiful, and secure. At night on the weekends it did get a little loud outside, but nothing that prevented us from falling asleep. I can’t wait to return and stay at this apartment again!

great location.

Excellent location, walkable to restaurants and yet relatively easy street parking. You can hear people talking outside on the street if there's a large group, but nothing that can't be masked with a sound machine/app.

Excellent Montreal Location

Property was located in a great neighborhood. Equidistant between two metro stops and convenient to everything we wanted to see in Montreal. Great eating options for brunch and dinner, just steps away from the apartment. Apartment was very nice and clean. Access to the apartment and communication was easy.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Mary’s condo was super clean and convenient to all the sights. The neighborhood is a wonderful place with so many amazing restaurants and shopping on the street! Mary was very responsive and a great host!

Great location! Safe and secure and definitely book again.

Everything was great with no issues at all. Fantastic location. Close to restaurants and metro and walking distance to downtown. I would recommend this place to my friends and family to stay in Montréal.

Montreal at its best!

This was an amazing property appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay in a vibrant area of Montreal. The attention to details were excellent and the communication with Mary was helpful as we navigated during our stay. We cannot wait to return and stay here again! Great Location

Stayed here with a friend the first weekend of Aug 2022. Location was excellent (St Denis & Duluth), so many bars/restaurants/cafes are within walking distance. It was very hot out but no issues with the AC and the wifi was good. We had some late nights out so the street noise wasn't an issue, and they have blackout shades if you're a late riser. Would def stay here again.

Awesome Location

Great location and property was fabulous!! Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and lots of shops and restaurants very close by (including Josephine right downstairs). Only complaint was if you have a car parking is NOT included and there is not free street parking or at least none that we could find that was 24 hours.

Montréal le Plateau

Un emplacement très central qui permet d’aller à pied aussi bien dans la vieille ville ou au port qu’au Mont Royal et d’arpenter les rues commerçantes et animées du Plateau. L’appartement est très bien fourni et les gérants se sont montrés disponibles pour nous renseigner, venir mettre la Clim ou apporter des produits manquants. Il faut noter toutefois que l’entrée se fait par un escalier, à déconseiller aux personnes âgées ou porteuses d’un handicap. Par ailleurs, le très bon emplacement a aussi son revers: la rue Saint-Denis est assez bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit, mais les vitres protègent bien du bruit. En résumé, une très bonne expérience.
