**The Space**

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium has views from the balcony of the

Village and all the events around the Gazebo like live music. Enjoy the warmth

of a gas fireplace, the convenience of stainless steel appliances, and

beautifully appointed furnishings and decor.



**The Bedroom**

A larger floor plan gives more room to the master bedroom which has a king

size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.

There's a sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living area for

additional sleeping.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
