Welcome to our breathtaking 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Townhouse in Solterra Resort,Prepare to be enthralled from the moment you arrive, as you step into an open living room that invites you to unwind and immerse yourself in relaxation. Bathed in natural light, this space sets the stage for memorable moments and joyful gatherings with your loved ones. As you explore further, discover the enchanting bedrooms that await. On the first floor,indulge in the ultimate comfort of a room featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom
Upstairs you'll discover more beautifully designed bedrooms, find a room adorned with another luxurious king bed, another delightful room awaits, adorned with two twin beds. next for added convenience, revel in the comfort of a queen bed accompanied by an ensuite bathroom and lastly, a room with two twin beds completes the picture, offering a cozy retreat for a peaceful slumber.
Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.
Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a $50 fee to use the grill. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Please be aware that while Solterra does have a clubhouse there is an additional fee charged by the HOA for access. This will be a one-time fee per reservation. Reservations with 12 guest or less will be required to pay $35 and reservations with 13 or more guests will have to pay a fee of $45.

This rental property is equipped with a doorbell camera that is positioned towards the street and front door.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Great Stay

We had a great stay! The property was clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was well-maintained and had a cozy, welcoming feel. The only things to note are that the pool area has some rough spots on the ground that could hurt bare feet, and the rooms didn’t include TVs, which might be a downside for some. Still, overall, it was a wonderful experience and we'd definitely stay again!

Great vacation home!

My fiancée and I were impressed with everything in the home and finding the location was a breeze. It is located in a resort community so you will be asked to check in with the security at the entrance gate on your first visit and even that was a breeze. The community is lovely and I will definitely consider staying there again soon!

Vacation time in Florida

From Belgium to Florida, My family had a great time, the house was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the stay in this lovely brand new 5 bedroom house. They will come back again, and encourage everyone to consider staying at that location while in Orlando. Really nice place to stay. Gali

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We would definitely stay there again. The gate staff were extremely nice and friendly. We informed the host of a minor issue and they quickly responded wanting to correct this issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay

We loved the house and there was pet stains on the carpet when we arrived but the house was beautiful and our dogs loved the down stairs. We would not allow them upstairs but so much room downstairs for them . It was about 20 Minutes from the parks but great location . I would definetly stay there again

I’ve had better on this property

The house was okay alot of stains in the master bedroom on the carpet. roach was on the wall..snake was in the pool. I’ve stayed on this property before but this was a last minute decision so I guess you get what you pay for at the last minute booking. I had to go pay for my kids to go to the water park instead of swimming in the pool at the house.
Master bedroom carpet also the bathroom had shampoo on the wall from previous person.

Beautiful and practical

This home is beautifully kept! I took a group of teens for a summer vacation and they loved this home. It’s near the community resort style pool and very convenient to grocery shopping and other restaurants. The pool was a bit warm so we text the host and they fixed it right away. I will definitely stay with this host again.

Excellent choice

We were overall pleased. Upon arrival everything was clean, carpet has seen better days and there is a musty smell, but, you get used to it. My advice, Make sure to bring or buy your essentials and don’t plan on preparing big meals there. Order take out, bring soap and laundry detergent so you can wash your towels. Everyone was quite pleased with our location, we had four cars coming and going all the time with plenty of space for parking. Spacious rooms with an en suite in each room! Beds were comfortable, pool was great, commutation was easy and they were quick to help! Thank you for our stay and I would definitely consider this gated community again!

Great Stay in a great house!

Easy and fast communication. Just fyi when asking for the pool to be heated, it will be tge same temp as the hot tub. It worked out for us since the nights were chilly, but may be too warm during the summer. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great.

Fabulous property

The home was complete with new linens, towels and dishes for ten. We request the pool heating be put on prior to our arrival and it was a perfect temperature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the theme parks. House is close to Disney World. Travel times were dictated by I4 traffic volumes. I would definitely book it next time we are Orlando.

Girls trip

This house was big enough for 8 of us to enjoy, 2 fl had cancelled last min. Some complained about the back being towards the street, it didn’t bother us at all was still peaceful. The pool and hot tub was awesome it’s worth paying the fee to warm it up. All the beds were comfortable. This is the 8th house I’ve stayed at in this community and it was so enjoyable. I love the new computer monitors these homes are installing that have home info, area restaurants into and easy access to contact the owner. I appreciate the check in information with the QR code to get pass the security gate made it so much easier. Overall great home and location.
