Please advise we notify all our guests when they arrive to let us know about damages and if the property is not cleaned we try our best to make sure our guests arrive at an absolutely clean property the best we can but mistakes happen and we try to fix it right away. We will notify the homeowners about having more kitchen supplies and provide a king bed on the first floor for consideration. Please come again!
