Great location right off a scenic trail that often has Moose and deer. Within a quick car ride to town. The house had all of the amenities and was amply stocked. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Place located close to the slopes and town!!

Our family loved staying here! The shuttle stops across the road to take you to the slopes or town! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a very nice duplex-like home. It’s nicely renovated and has lots of convenient features like a hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains, snow, etc. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great house for a Breckenridge Holiday!

Property was great, management company was very helpful and responsive. We only had one issue but Michael was extremely helpful!

Great location in Breckenridge

We enjoyed our stay, part of the house was recently renovated, so it was nice. The downstairs could be updated, but overall it was still good. We had a slight issue with some utensils and pillows, but the property manager was great at fixing our issues.

Great location for winter fun

We enjoyed the beautiful winter weather and activities at this home. We enjoyed cooking, hanging out and watching the snow from the remodeled kitchen and living room. As others have said, downstairs is not remodeled like the upper floors, so felt a little guilty to enjoy the primary bedroom with spacious bathroom while the rest of the family was downstairs.

Perfect Family Vacation!!

The house was perfect for our family of four. The remodeled main floor was nicely done. Kitchen and large dinning table made it a perfect place to enjoy meals and play games together. Beautiful unobstructed views from the back. Place was clean and had everything you need. Master bedroom was nicely decorated with a comfortable king bed. The two rooms down stairs were great for kids or teens to stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to visit!!

Pleasant Stay in Breckenridge; Great Location!

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. I was able to walk to the Nordic center & my family was a quick bus ride away to Peak 8. As far as the condition of the property, the first two levels are modernly renovated. The downstairs bathrooms & bedrooms were in original condition. Also, there is no access to the garage, even though it is shown in the pictures (this is usually where we store our ski equipment; we had to store outside for this trip).

Cute Place with a GREAT Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and the main room is absolutely stunning. Living room was a great place to hang out after skiing next to the fire and we loved the updated kitchen and the dining room table for playing some family games (they are well stocked). Master bedroom/bath are nicely updated and comfortable. Only issues was the lower level was not updated. The mattresses were lumpy and the sheets/comforters were really old and had some stains. One bathroom downstairs is carpeted. For the price, the lower level needs new mattresses and needs some overall TLC. The top 2 floors were wonderful, though. And the management company was very responsive and even let us stay a few hours past check out to accommodate our flight out.

Colorado Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had a garage which was not accessible so we had to park the car outside. The beds downstairs were not comfortable and the heating system was set on a program thermostat that was hard to adjust with no instructions , Rented this place 10 years ago and it was nice but not this time.
