The open concept floor plan makes entertaining a breeze and encourages family time around the dining room table. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your home cooked meals or private chef experience. With an oven, stove top, toaster oven, grill, microwave and water dispensing fridge, cooking is a breeze. The high speed internet access and keyless entry vacation has never been more convenient and easy.

Sleeping up to 10 guest this home features two king beds, four twin beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The spacious fenced in yard and gated dock access are perfect for children and your furry friends. Our dock is equipped with a fish fillet station and hose for an easy clean up after a day at sea!

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

Boating:
We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Many homes offer private boat docking or slips available at the onsite marina. A public boat ramp is conveniently located across the highway - Key Haven Boat Ramp.

Getting Around:
Travel by car, boat, or plane to Waterlane House. The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.

Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Perfect Getaway

This vacation home checks all the boxes. Good location, spacious home with all the comforts of home, and a wonderful back yard. So glad we got to enjoy this wonderful place.

Perfect House for our girls' trip

This lovely house was perfect for our annual girls' trip. It was spotless and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the patio every day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for dining in. We had some questions for the host and they responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Great property and helpful staff!

My family and I selected this home for a family vacation to celebrate my parents' 70th birthdays. It was everything we needed and more. It was plenty of space for 9 people. It was very contemporary, but also gave us a beach vibe. The backyard alone made me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were accommodating with early check in and late checkout, which was very helpful considering my famiy and I were traveling from various parts of the country. The property was close to airport and it was only a 10-15 minute drive to the tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent Key West Property

Our family stayed Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the house so much we plan on returning in the future. The house easily accommodated our family of 7. The pool was amazing and the view was astounding. There was plenty of areas for privacy. We’d highly recommend the property and the property management. The property manager assisted in everything we needed.

Great Listing!

Beautiful house, seemed brand new. Pretty sure the whole neighborhood is owned by the same company, houses are perfect for big groups. Plenty of space in the house, beautiful back yard w/ the pool & dock. About a 10 minute ride from duval, so your close enough to the excitement, but far enough to get away from the craziness when youre ready. Hosts were very responsive and very polite! Hope to return sometime soon!

Vacation House Review

Convenient location to Key West proper. Pool was great for kids. Noisy at times due to Navy jets flying by at times. House was great except for three things: 1) loose towel bars that came down when kids pulled towels off of them; They were not anchored in 2x4's or backing plates, just drywall, a stupid way to do it where heavy use occurs in a rental property.. 2) The selection of pots and pans was a bit limited. 3) All toilets had signs regarding usage of the flush handle . This was because the quality of the mechanism was low and would loosen with use. Ours eventually stopped working. I was able to adjust it and that is why I know the quality is low. Plastic, not metal. For such a high rental cost these fixtures should be replaced with better one. Rental price was too high considering these issues. We did enjoy the stay.

Lovely out-of-the-way place…

Our first visit to KW. We chose not to be in KW proper but this place may be a little too far out for some. We were a group of 7 adults & initially rented 2 golf carts thinking we could divide & conquer if needed. With our location being so far out & the speed/size of golf carts, we quickly realized this was not going to work. We rented a large suv & used Ubers as needed. Just felt safer when we ventured out. Our biggest surprise was the early morning (every morning except Sundays) fighter jets doing their maneuvers😵‍💫. This explained why every picture in the house isn’t straight! Not only is it loud but it rattles the whole house. If you’re a late sleeper, forget about it - no way u can sleep through all the noise. You have to stop conversing when 2 jets fly by. For some reason, we did not find comments on this before we rented, which may have caused us to look elsewhere. The place was surface clean but not ‘clean’. All the windows were quite dirty & the kitchen/dining hanging lights need a good dusting & then cleaning. So much accumulated dust would require pre-clean before cleaning. We had to do minor toilet repairs on 2 toilets as the flush chains weren’t working. My brother-in-law is handy so he was able to remedy these issues. I spent a half hour (no exaggeration) cleaning the fire hazard dryer vent before we could use it. It was gross. It’s a ventless dryer & I don’t think anyone has ever removed & cleaned the inside venting (until I did). Seriously, this was a fire waiting to happen. The above comments are our disappointments, which for some, we took a little vacation time to rectify. But all that said…. The place has a nice open layout. They need more wine glasses as there were only 4; otherwise, everything u need for prepping food & serving - including the gas grill & grill tools. The place comfortably holds 8. (We don’t agree w/ the holds 10 listing as the pullout couch option is in the middle of the house & would be a real pain to deal w/ - but that’s us as a group of adults). The beds are comfortable & w/ each having their own full bathroom made it easy for all. The pool is fantastic & provided a great hangout place to enjoy FL weather, which we did. And it’s a lovely place to watch our tax dollars at work as fighter jets do their maneuvers overhead😉. Hope this review doesn’t sounds too negative because the place is loud but lovely. It’s our truthful review of our 1 week stay.

Amazing pool, amazing vacay !

Spent the entire time outside in/by the pool, absolutely loved it ! Everything was great, super clean, super easy check in/check out. Highly recommend, very pricey but most definitely worth it ! Memorable experience !
