Modern retreat with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views, 4min to beach

A retreat for us from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for so many years, tucked away in the quiet, rustic south eastern coast of the island it is central to many sites that tourists want to visit. To many beaches to mention, hikes, whale watching, surfing, Bushy Park Racing circuit, Off Road Fury Go Kart Experience, Three Houses Park and Spring, Foursquare Rum Tour and Museum and so much more is in our neck of the woods.
We have the 2nd largest town 15 mins away with many banks, pharmacies, bakeries, grocery stores who deliver to our doors, yet it still feels like a retreat. Safety is paramount and our neighbourhood is a wonderful mix of expats and locals who coexist in a beautifully developed neighbourhood with many small businesses which we encourage our guests to support for local cuisine and beverages. It's a gorgeous mixture of friendship, and entrepreneurship at its best.

Not many places have modern development, natural beauty and a community with old time values, but we do! We enjoy the gift of produce being hung on the fence from the thoughtful neighbour, groups of morning exercisers taking advantage of the serenity and pleasant surroundings, evening walks to the cliffs for picking sea grapes and adventurous treks down the rock face to the salt pools and blow holes below as testament to the rich diversity that can be found here. Spacious and breezy, set in a safe open window culture, we encourage you to swing open the doors and windows and let the amazing salty breezes in. This is both healthy and indulging and the beautiful brisk ocean breezes also discourages mosquitoes, now that's truly a win, win! Many are surprised that on a hot tropical island you can enjoy such a moderate temperature but the non-stop breezes are one of the main reasons we bought this piece of the rock.

Our favourite space by far is our outrageously generous patio, it really is one of the best spaces in our home. It is the gathering spot for family and friends, the quiet spot for a good book or nap, the romantic spot for an intimate moment with a significant other, the best view for remote work or online school and so much more so when you are at home at our home, this is the place to be!
