Ideal for short visits or extended stays, blending style, comfort, and adventure.

• Brand New House: Crafted and built by the homeowners with elegant simplicity and meticulous attention to detail.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: This includes an oven, range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hood fan, Keurig coffee maker, and basic condiments. You'll have all the dishes and cooking tools you need. Salt, Pepper, cooking oil, and Keurig pods are all supplied.

• Sleeping Spaces: The bedroom has a queen-sized pillow top mattress, four pillows plus decorative pillows and a cozy duvet. There are bedside tables with dimmable lights, charging stations, and a wardrobe with closet space and drawers. The living room couch easily pulls out for extra relaxation or another sleeping space. There is a mattress topper with sheets prepared for a comfy couch sleep!

• Spa-Like Bathroom: Beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and handheld combo. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Q-tips are provided.

• Cozy Comfort: The heated floors will warm your feet. Pull out the couch and relax in front of the Smart TV with Netflix, and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.

• No Cleaning Required: Leave all the chores to your hosts. They'll run the dishwasher, gather towels and empty the garbage. At the end of your stay, just pack your belongings.

• Hot Tub Heaven: Relax in the well-maintained hot tub, preheated for your arrival. Hot tub towels and two robes are provided for your convenience. The hot tub is for private use and is located a step outside on the covered deck. You will be having a soak while nestled in the trees.

•Prime Location: Only a quick 2-minute drive, or a 10-minute walk to the base of Red Mountain Resort, approximately 400 meters. Rock Cut Neighborhood Pub and Restaurant is within steps. Rossland is a quick 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk on Centennial Trail.

You can pick up the Centennial Trail within a few steps of your door. This trail and many nearby are groomed in the summer and winter making them excellent for hiking, biking and winter fat tire biking!

From your front doorstep, you will find world-class hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, back-country skiing, and mountain bike trails - it is an outdoor enthusiast's dream.
