This property was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of pantry space to put away our groceries. Both pools were really nice and easy to access, and the beach was just a few minutes walk across the street. We very much enjoyed the balcony facing the sound. It was absolutely beautiful and the sunset view was incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem

We stayed here for a week with 2 families (3 adults and 4 kids). The size was perfect and the kids loved the bunk beds. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and gear. Sunsets are amazing on the sound and the beach is a short walk. The 2 pools were very nice also. We loved fishing off the dock in the evenings and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this lovely community. My only complaint is that the queen beds are pretty uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Sound to Sea

Great Ocean Club condo with back porch view of Bogue Sound. Sunsets were breathtaking and watching the pelicans dive for fish was fun! Loved walking on the community dock… Short walk to the ocean and enjoyed access to pools and jacuzzis. Close to seafood markets and restaurants!

Amazing ocean getaway

We had an amazing time staying at the condo with our two kids. Amenities were everything we needed and more. Quick walk to the ocean, plenty of beach gear to choose from, and quiet beautiful sunsets out the back porch. Recommend for any family to make wonderful memories here.

We booked this condo for our daughter’s wedding at the Merrell Estates and couldn’t be more pleased with this decision. The unit is beautiful and well stocked and the views of the sound are beautiful! Melissa was very accommodating and the the place was very clean!

Convenient location with kids!

The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need to make meals at home! The view and sunsets were beautiful! I loved that I could walk to the pool with the kids if my husband had our vehicle- super convenient location with little kids. I could also walk to the ocean side easily with the safety crosswalk over the main road. We used the dock a lot more than I ever would have imagined. My kids cast net fished and my daughter played on the sandbar with sand toys. We hardly left the ocean club because there was plenty for us to do right there! Can’t wait to go back!

Best Views

This was the best property we've stayed since visiting Emerald Isle. The home was very clean, nice decor, and had everything we needed for my little one to play at the beach. We were able to go fishing with short walk to dock. The homeowners are amazing! I hope to make this an annual trip with this property.

Great vacation

This place is great , the owner takes pride in their condo , they had everything we needed but only thing is the beach is more than a couple of steps away and there are no kayaks for this unit , and we left more sand toys. The pier was great we caught a couple of fish and a stingray . Just want to stay thank you for sharing your condo with my family , we had a great time and can not wait to stay again

Girls Get Away

We had a great time! Everything we needed and more! The beach locker was a bonus (. 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, wagon to pull items to the beach). Magnificent sunsets over the sound seen from the balcony!! The complex was vacant/ we’d like having the beach, pool, and pier to ourselves ( school was back in session)! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I have vacationed in Indian Beach four times in the last two years and this condo was probably the nicest. My 3-year-old twins felt as comfortable as they do at home and my teen girls enjoyed playing UNO and other games provided. I didn't realize that we would be on the sound side when booking but was pleasantly surprised as we enjoyed sipping coffee on the back porch during sunrises and watching the sunset into the water in the evenings. Listening to the water was very calming and relaxing. The place was very clean, spacious, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and beach gear was provided in the storage room and had everything we needed from a shade, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and even a wagon that our twins rode in instead of walking. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub that we always had to ourselves when we went. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

Fantastic.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was wonderful. The view from the deck (directly out to the intercoastal waters) was a great place to wrap up a day spent on the pristine beach (a 5 minute walk). The owners thoughtfully provided everything for a great beach experience! The pool and hot tub were just steps away. This clean, well maintained, and inviting condo helped make our family vacation successful and relaxing. Highly recommend it!

Girls Weekend

Great place! We thought we were on beachfront and when we arrived realized we were on the sound side. It was a short walk to the beach though and we enjoyed the condo, pools and interactions with the owner. He helped us and was available to the phone when we had 1 question during our stay. Would come again!

Beautiful sunsets in a super clean condo

We really loved our stay at the condo. The sunsets were simply amazing and my kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was a big hit too! Also, the locker with the beach gear was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the unit and its view. The owners have done an excellent job preparing the unit for all guests. Well equipped with all important necessities.
