A CONCH ESCAPE at The Truman Annex in Key West

Location, location, adorable two bedroom, one bath second floor condo overlooking the Truman Waterfront Park is the perfect Key West getaway!
Recently updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, tons of cooking and serving and prep utensils, everything you will need to dine in!
The living room and dining rooms are combined with lovely views through the rear French doors to the rear private porch which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage.
One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can also be converted to a king at your request. There is a beautiful full bathroom which is convenient to both bedrooms and right across from the laundry center.
This terrific property also offers an assigned off street parking space, central ac and all towels and linens, including beach towels.
Come and enjoy Key West in this little gem soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo to stay in. The furnishings were very nice, and the amenities were just what we needed. The location was ideal. There was lots of privacy with the trees in the backyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside deck. We were right next to the park, and could even hear music from the concerts. We have two complaints with the unit: the bed in the master bedroom was very soft, and gave us both back aches. It’s a great condo if you want a soft bed. We would definitely give it five stars overall if it had a harder mattress.

Can't beat Conch Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conch Escape in Truman Annex did not disappoint! We love Truman Annex and this place was fantastic. The upper unit has a peek-a-boo view to toward the Coast Guard Cutter USS Ingahm and Waterfront Park. Daily coffee on deck we could see the cruise ships coming into port. Location is close to everything including Fort Zachary Taylor, Blue Heaven, Green Parrot and Mile Marker 0. The unit is nicely decorated with an updated kitchen. Twin beds could use an upgrade but at the end of a full KW day you really only feel it for a minute before you nod off. Did not like the fact that there was no lock box available to keep the keys. (There is one there but I believe that is from the previous management company...or we were not told how to access it) Was not super impressed with the communication from the current property rental company but apparently they have been doing this for over 30 years without a problem. Overall, this unit is great and would not hesitate to stay here again!!! Make sure to grab 2-4-1 coupons and other flyers at the airport when you arrive and research local happy hours. Many have happy hour food specials you just can't beat....Our favorites include The Boathouse, Half Shell Raw Bar, Onlywood and check out the breakfast happy hour at Bagatelle's which includes a corn flake crusted french toast, a corned beef hash and eggs and biscuits and gravy and more!!
