This private 7,000sf home, within a secure gated community, is set along beautiful aquamarine waters. A magnificent oceanfront estate, spanning two lots with views of ivory sands and crystal-clear waters.
Lounge on the terrace overlooking the North Seas, a coved beach and an internationally-renowned Greg Norman 18-hole golf course. Enjoy a volleyball game with friends on a private sand court or relax in your own lazy river and take in some of the best views the Bahamas has to offer.

This private luxury home has never been available for rent and is one of the most well recognized homes in the Exumas. Recently purchased and renovated, this beautiful home sits uniquely on the tip of a peninsula that provides 270’ views of the ocean. The main house and guest home are spread out over two oversized residential lots. The home was built and designed with the thought of entertaining large families and offers amenities not found on any other property in the Exumas.

The pool area and gardens look like they were designed for a boutique hotel. The 4 pools consist of a main pool, 8 person hot tub, sun deck and a ridiculous 300’ lazy river with a private hammock island.

A full sized beach volleyball court sits between the two homes and is a great way for the family to get some exercise and spend an afternoon.

15 outdoor seating / social areas plus 24 pool loungers are spread out around the property for relaxing and socializing. So even when the house is full there is always a tranquil spot to retreat and relax. You never feel like you are tripping over one another.

A secluded private white sand beach in the bay of Poor Betty’s Cay is also owned by this property and available for our guests to use. It is just a short 5 minute walk from the main house. A perfect spot for romantic walks on the beach, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing.

**This listing is for the main house only which is a massive six (6) bedroom full home that sleeps fifteen (15) guests and has 5.5 bathrooms.

The main house plus the optional guest house can accommodate twenty three (23) guests max. Eight (8) bedrooms with Fifteen (15) beds.

OPTIONAL GUEST HOUSE (+$600 p/n) has been newly renovated and can accommodate eight (8) additional guests. The large 800sf upper bedroom has 3 oversized double bunk beds w a 3 pc bath. Beautiful ocean / pool views and a large wraparound balcony. A perfect space for kids, teenagers or young adults.

The main level of the guest house is a tastefully decorated 850sf King bed studio suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and 3 pc bath. Ocean and pool views are amazing.

The guest house also has its own outdoor shower, new gas grill, fresco dining room and outdoor living room and loungers.

**Please note the guest house is not available as a separate rental and is only available as an option while renting the main home.

This was our first ever family trip with 15 members (ages 12-80) and we could not have picked a better property or location.The kids camped out in the guest house and the pool/lazy river while the main house provided the right balance of privacy and gathering spaces-indoor and outdoor. All the communication with the owner Missy, prior to the trip was flawless and anything we needed while there was handled by Shivago, the property manager. He was awesome! The house had everything we needed and then some. It was hard to leave Exuma and this beautiful home. We are all missing Casa Blanca but came home with great memories!

Walkable & Wonderful

We recently stayed at Casa Blanca and had a wonderful experience! The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were super accommodating. The main house and guest house together comfortably slept 18 people, which was perfect for our group. The location truly can't be beat—once we arrived, we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Trip!

We loved this home and the island. The owner, Missy, was very helpful and very responsive with communications. The care taker, Shivago, was also responsive to anything we needed and very friendly. The pool was amazing. We would definitley rent this property again!

Amazing 40th birthday trip for 12 people

Had the best time celebrating our friends turning 40 this year at this property. The house literally had everything you could want and need. The property was so well maintained and everything was absolutely beautiful. The house manager Shivago was so helpful with whatever we needed and always responded quickly on what’s app. The property view is an absolute dream but you will definitely want to rent a car, as it is about 30-45 minutes away from Georgetown and other marinas. We did use chef Tevin one night and had Dena’s donuts deliver breakfast which was so yummy. We would love to return to this property. Such an amazing rental place and perfect for 6 couples. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great week at Exuma

Casa Blanca was a great home for our family group of 14 people. The home offers a spectacular setting with ocean views in every direction and the grounds are very well maintained. The house is very well stocked and was clean and well maintained, which is not always the case in the Bahamas. Missy was very responsive to questions in the weeks leading up to the trip. The property manager Shavago also was available while there to deal with the minor issues and questions and also set up an all day boat excursion for us for the entire group. This house is perfect for large groups and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful house, wonderful views, and a pool that isn't like any we've ever seen. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the grocery situation is a bit difficult. There is a limited amount of access to fresh fruit and vegetables. The house itself is wonderful.

The greatest location of all time!!!

This home is absolutely amazing! The pictures are really good but reality is better. The house is large and fully equipped for a wonderful time. The large pools were fun for all … our group’s best time for a speed lap around the lazy river was 34 seconds!! The guest house is also special… do not allow it to be unoccupied. Our on site host Shivago was THE BEST!! We will definitely return over and over.

Absolutely Amazing

The property is amazing and so gorgeous! Breathtaking views and an outstanding outdoor vibe by the pool. The rooms are great and there was plenty of room for our group. The Property Manager gave us his personal contact information and was always around to see if there's anything we needed. He also captained our boat day which I would highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

Amazing Property!

We had the most amazing vacation and the house and property are even better than the pictures. The 12 of us had plenty of room with endless places to lounge and enjoy the breathtaking views. Shavago, the house manager was on site everyday and was extremely helpful! We did a boat day with our captain, TJ which was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. I would highly recommend this location and really hope we can return again soon! Thank you Missy for being so helpful with the booking process and answering all of our questions prior to our arrival.

This property is fantastic. The main house is furnished beautifully with plenty of room for our family of 15. We also had the guest house which worked great. The pool & lazy river were a great feature with plenty of lounge chairs, etc. We had a chef cater dinner 3 nights of our stay & the kitchen & island worked great! We all loved everything about the property & want to come back!! Shivago, the Property manager was so helpful & very, very nice. It was a 5 star vacation for us! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Casa Blanca is pure magic!

We have been coming to Exuma for 8 years. Our first venture was to Sandals Emerald Bay and while riding the golf course, we stumbled on this beauty. We moved from Sandals to Grand Isle and each year we’d drive by the house and marvel. This year we decided it’s time and what’s time we had. The pictures online do it no justice. It’s truly more fabulous in person. The host Missy is a great communicator. All expectations are clearly written out. No stone left unturned! We had a group of 11 and we loved having everyone together. Casa Blanca can comfortably accommodate all with plenty of space to be together or do your own thing. We loved it so much we booked it for next year before we left!

Best experience- excited to return!

From the moment we booked our trip to Casa Blanca, I knew it was the right choice. Melissa was communicative, helpful, and quick with getting back to me on various questions I had. As we were renting the house for family and friends during my wedding weekend, you can imagine the number of questions this bride had. Melissa and the house manager Shavago were incredibly helpful and even allowed my mom and I to tour the house prior to the rental so that we could be sure of what we were getting. The pictures seemed too good to be true so we just wanted to double check- and what we found was the pictures don’t even do justice!!! The property was incredible, clean, and well maintained. Shavago was also amazing as he was simultaneously always available but never encroaching on our privacy. He was helpful with everything- you name it! Ice, helping inflate all of our inner tubes, keeping the pool and hot tub immaculate, trash, random questions and helpful recommendations. I never want to rent a VRBO without Shavago again!!Thank you Melissa and Shavago for all of your efforts helping us to create a week of memories we will cherish forever at your beautiful home.

Dirty 30!!!

The absolute best trip of my life. I booked this house for my 30th birthday and it was beyond amazing. The house is beautiful. The property was to die for. Pictures on here don't even do it justice. If you're thinking about booking this property, don't think any longer. I hope to come back one day soon. We just left yesterday and we all didn't want to leave. Communication with Melissa and Shavago were great. Anything we needed or any concern was addressed. Thank you so much for having us, all 12 of us agreed it was the best vacation of our life thus far! Make sure you visit chat and chill and book a boat tour with Roberts adventures when you go!

Another spectacular visit to Casa Blanca

This is our second trip to Casa Blanca and we are already planning our third! A quick 10 minute drive from the airport and you’ll pass a store for food and a liquor store to stock up. You can also make arrangements to have your provisions delivered for your arrival. Shavago is your first contact and he makes sure everything is perfect for your arrival and anything you may need during. We probably bored him as we are a self sufficient group!This house is spectacular and immaculate! We had a party of 10 and you can easily be all together or everyone can disappear to a spot. You have 2 full and comfortable sectionals, 1 up and 1 down, each with a big tv for watching movies at night. There is reliable Starlink internet if you need to connect or stream. We bring food so having the fully equipped kitchen is perfect. We also love the convenience of a short walk to Grand Isle along the golf course to eat at one of their restaurants. I can’t say enough about the pools, hot tub and grounds. And the view is beyond. We are a workout group…there is an elliptical and a stationary bike. We also figured out a 5 mile loop each day along the marina, golf course and beach. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus too. The happiest day is when you arrive and the saddest is when you leave. Thanks Missy for sharing your beautiful home in Paradise.

Island life perfection

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Blanca. The property is absolutely pristine and the photos of the property are dead on. Pops the property manager was absolutely the best. He helped us with any issue or questions we had. We used the prestocking service, which was perfect for our arrival. Liquor store is only 5 minutes away. Covid testing is right outside the property gate. Being right on the golf course was absolutely amazing and made for some fun glow in the dark golf each night. The stars are so bright right there at the tip of the peninsula and made for amazing stargazing. The beds were all so comfy and everyone got a great nights sleep and left the trip very relaxed. We had a few issues with the hot water heater, but Pops was there to help us out. We will definitely rebook Casa Blanca for our next stay in Exumas, which I hope is sooner than later. Amazing Property in Exuma

We had an awesome week with our family staying at this amazing home! The house was spacious enough for our family of 10 adults and 1 infant to spread out and enjoy and large enough for all of us to eat and hang out together. The outdoor spaces with the pools and variety of seating areas were great and the views of the ocean were spectacular. We enjoyed hanging out every night in the hot tub under the stars. Melissa, the home owner, was very responsive to all of my questions during the booking process and prior to our arrival. She even purchased a crib for us to use during our stay which was a huge help for my 1 year old grandson. Thank you Melissa!! Shavago the property manager was on site several times throughout the week taking care of the grounds. We hired a chef that came in and stayed with us and cooked for us for the week. We spent a full day out on the water with Sugar Adventures which is an absolute must do! Thank you Melissa for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to come back some day soon!

Exuma experience

The property is beautiful just as the pictures indicated. The house was not very clean when we arrived but when we called to report the problem, the cleaning company came back and did a better job. The property manager Shavago was very responsive to our requests for assistance with various issues during our stay. The only major problem with the house is the internet. During our stay, the tvs, Wi-Fi and surround sound didn’t work.

Our family loves to travel!! We have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world. We enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people. We never thought we could settle on returning to the same location every year...until our fist trip to the Exumas!!

We have travelled to Nassau Bahamas a few times, liked it but not a place we would put on our list of must returns. Then friends of ours asked us to travel with them to the Exuma, Bahamas. Truthfully we never heard of Exumas or even knew there was a difference. Like most Caribbean islands we thought Bahamas was a group of 3-4 islands. When actually it is over 700 islands that stretches for over 800 km from north to south!! That is 100km longer than the state of Florida. Each area of the Bahamas is so uniquely different.

Our first trip to Exumas couldn't have changed our opinion of the Bahamas any further. I couldn’t believe that such a beautiful place was so unheard of and not on every person bucket list. It has the most incredible colours of aquamarine oceans, secluded white sand beaches and the most beautifully friendly people. Over 365 islands make up the Exumas alone. This private luxury home has never been available for rent and is one of the most well recognized homes in the Exumas. Recently purchased and renovated, this beautiful home sits uniquely on the tip of a peninsula that provides 270’ views of the ocean. The main house and guest home are spread out over two oversized residential lots. The home was built and designed with the thought of entertaining large families and offers amenities not found on any other property in the Exumas.

The pool area and gardens look like they were designed for a boutique hotel. The 4 pools consist of a main pool, 8 person hot tub, sun deck and a ridiculous 300’ lazy river with a private hammock island.

A full sized beach volleyball court sits between the two homes and is a great way for the family to get some exercise and spend an afternoon.

15 outdoor seating / social areas plus 24 pool loungers are spread out around the property for relaxing and socializing. So even when the house is full there is always a tranquil spot to retreat and relax. You never feel like you are tripping over one another.

A secluded private white sand beach in the bay of Poor Betty’s Cay is also owned by this property and available for our guests use. It is just a short 5 minute walk from the main house. A perfect spot for romantic walks on the beach, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing.
