In our spacious and comfortable condo you will be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in unit washer/dryer included, a gorgeous and private outdoor balcony, and the beautiful shared pool and lounge area, underground parking for one vehicle.

This is as close as it gets to Tamarindo Beach, about a one minute walk and nestled right behind El Mercadito which is a delicious outdoor eatery for everyone to enjoy. Before reentering the condo, please wash surfboards and your feet outside the condo. There is a shower faucet located next to our pool.
Before exiting condo, please turn off the air conditioning unit. We promise they are strong and will cool down the space very quickly upon your return
There are no vents in the bathrooms, so please be sure to open the windows when you shower to air it out. Otherwise it’ll trap moisture in the unit.

Our property is unique because of its open concept and copious amounts of natural light. There is an outdoor expansive balcony to enjoy that overlooks the pool and lounge area with sliding glass door entrances from the living room and master bedroom. Our location is also unbeatable as it is located right in the center of Tamarindo, yet tucked away off of the main street. It is a 1 minute walk down to the beach. It stands right behind El Mercadito, which is an outdoor eatery with cuisine options for all. You are close to boutiques, shops, surfing, restaurants, and bars.
