Very nice house, quiet community. Driveway barely wide enough for 2 cars and there is no overnight street parking and they requested we not park in the garage, contrary to listing. Host was very proactive in meeting our needs and very responsive to calls. Location was comfortable drive from airport, theme parks and lots of shopping nearby.

Great house and neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We used the gym at the clubhouse and that was also a nice experience. I would definitely choose this house again.

Home was clean, plenty of space for our family of 7. Pool was clean. Could have used more cookware for cooking meals since there was no grill. Plenty of clean linens. Location was perfect for us close to parks and stores. Great place to stay!

Beautiful

The neighborhood is near restaurants. The expressways are close. The property was spacious. The manager was very nice. The beds were comfortable . I forgot that I had to supply some household items. The pool was great, however some of the screens were in need of repair. We would return to the property.

Perfect location

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Checkin was easy, got the codes a few days in advance. We enjoyed the time at this huge house, our younger kid enjoyed the pool and we had fun watching the squirrels running all over the place. House was clean even though we had a minor issue which was sorted out immediately. Unfortunately the second sun bed was broken. However, it was a great experience in probably the best spot around the Orlando region.

Overall review

Overall a very nice experience. One drawback to the property is that it has 4 bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. More importantly it has no half bath. So when visitors come over they have to use one of the bathrooms from the bedrooms.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This rental exceeded my expectations! Everything was just as it was explained in the listing! We were provided enough essentials for the first few days of the stay, and everything we could think of that we needed during our stay was already within the home! Every year for the last 3 years we come to Florida for a cheer competition with my daughter, and this house is by far most definitely our favorite! Gwen was so kind and very easy to get ahold of when we did have questions, and responded almost immediately! We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Florida! It was hands down the nicest we have stayed in, everything WORKED property and had everything you could think of that you needed! :)

Overall nice house. Beds weren't queen size, more like xl double! And not very comfortable. Lacking several kitchen items for longer stay. Could use a larger drip coffee pot. Five cup pot doesn't cut it. Patio & pool furniture needs replacing. I'd suggest new cleaners! My dealings with Amanda were excellent, she was extremely helpful.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was fantastic and the layout of the home was perfect! This was the first home we didn't have an issue with the pool heat and the temperature was amazing! The home was also VERY clean. Neighbors were super friendly. While the beds were decent to sleep on I would suggest at least a Queen in the master bedroom and dressers in the spare bedrooms. The hornet's nest was still there when we arrived of which I informed Gwen, the house manager, and it was still there when we left, but they weren't a nuisance or bother. Gwen and the representatives at Evolve are all fantastic, friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend to rent this home and if available would rent it again!

Excellent home!

This home is absolutely top notch and has all the amenities you could imagine for a stay in the Florida area. The property manager Gwen is very helpful and accommodating. You immediately feel like you are in good hands. The home has a sensational floor plan with a Master Bedroom with bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The guest bedrooms are also very spacious. The living room has great furniture and it is very tastefully decorated. The pool is an ideal size and also has a fence to protect children. The outdoor area has on the one hand mosquito screens and on the other hand is partially covered. Especially during short rain showers you are ideally protected and can still use the outdoor area. The house is located in a gated and safe community. Close to everything you need, Disney, Universal, Shopping. Very quiet with very nice neighbors. If we return to the Orlando area, we will try to book again!

Beautiful home

This home is our first time booking a vacation home and let me tell you we really did feel right at home. Such spacious rooms and open! We enjoyed the pool everyday! Although we did wish the pool light worked for night swimming but we managed. The only other things I could say is although the home was beautiful. The beds where not comfortable what’s so ever. The master bedroom had a full size bed in it that me and my spouse found difficult to sleep together in. I would say at least put a queen in the master bedroom. One of the bathrooms lights was not working as one was blowed and one kept blinking. I also did mention to our guest contact upon arrival that there is wasps nest all in the front of the home which she did say she would get someone out for that but it was not done not a big issue but I would suggest getting those wasps nest taking care of. Last but not least there was a issue with keeping the home cool as it is operated by nest. That I’m very familiar with. Upon arrival the air was set to 78 degrees. Im aware while no one is in the home they would like to keep the temp up.But if guest want it cooler in the home they should have the option. Nest is connected to someone’s phone and it is set by someone. Spoke with house guest regarding this as my son woke up the first night at the home crying because he couldn’t breath it was extremely hot. It was set to 76 I then set it to 70 to at least get it to cool the home but that didn’t work I waited over 2 hours. I called the House guest she did ask me to put the air on 72 and that actually worked to get the air on. That whole entire day it was fine. Than it started going back to 76 and its 90-100 degrees in Florida. I say to say this allow your guest to control the temp of the home while they are there. But out of all that we definitely still enjoyed our stay!

Great home!!!

This home was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Walmart and Publix were close by. Check in was easy. Only negative thing, I wish it was a king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall great home.
