The Space
The open floor plan, allows the whole family to stay connected even while meals are being prepared in the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's dream come true, complete with a spacious island that offers both additional meal preparation space and a cozy breakfast bar.

The living room provides a seamless transition to the covered lanai through sliding doors, where you'll discover a ceiling fan and grill conveniently connected to natural gas. Whether rain or shine, this is the perfect spot to savor a delightful BBQ experience while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

With four bedrooms in total, this home ensures ample space for everyone.
The large king master bedroom provides direct access to the pool area through sliding doors, while its ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a generous shower, and a convenient door leading out to the pool deck.

The Queen bedroom, located off the kitchen, has its own access door to a bathroom equipped with a tub over shower, vanity unit, and toilet. This bathroom also serves as the house bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms, 1 Queen & 2 twin beds, are situated at the front of the house and share a bathroom complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet.

The garage comes equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and dart board for an evening of fun.

Each room has a Smart TV so guests can stream and connect to their apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and cable and/or Roku is offered in a few of the bedrooms as well.

Guest access
Community pool (adult and kids pool) exercise room, volleyball, and a kids play area.

Other things to note
Pool & spa heat can be added for an additional $40.00 per day. Pool/spa heat will run from 10am-8pm. Pool heat is set between 86-90 degrees and spa heat will set between 100-102 degrees.

Gas grill can be added for an additional $80 per stay. The home has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

There is an exterior security camera at the front door and at the side of the house.
