It was a pleasure hosting Mark and his family. They were excellent—very respectful of the home and easy to communicate with throughout their stay. Communication was clear and prompt, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this home. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. Some of our favorite amenities were the pool, and hot tub, game room, and we LOVED the kitchen! The kitchen had everything you need, including many pots/pans,spices, 2 coffee makers, and lots of dishes. The house in general was also very well stocked with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Patrice is a wonderful host!! She was quick to respond to any questions and super friendly. The location was perfect. It's located in a quiet gated community that is still close to all the parks. We would highly recommend this home. Thank you again Patrice for your hospitality. Tegan

We spent three wonderful weeks at this villa, and overall it served as a comfortable, well-located base for our Orlando holiday. The estate itself is lovely and quiet, perfectly situated for reaching the major attractions, roughly 30 minutes to Disney and 50 minutes to Universal. On the surface, the property is very nicely presented, but during an extended stay several cleaning and maintenance oversights became apparent. The main issue was the state of the floors. We always remove our shoes at the door, yet within a short time our white socks were completely black from the tile floors, and the living room rug was noticeably grimy.A closer look revealed that routine changeover cleans have been somewhat superficial. We found crumbs left in the cutlery drawers, dusty kitchen cupboards, and debris under table settings. More concerning were items left by previous guests, including clothing in bedroom drawers and an old inhaler under one of the beds. There are also maintenance points that require attention from the management team. The locking mechanisms on the front door and bedroom patio slider did not feel particularly secure, the kitchen lighting flickered continuously, the queen mattress is quite lumpy and needs replacing, and during three weeks we never saw anyone service the pool. This is fundamentally a great holiday villa, but the local management team needs to step up with proper deep cleans and routine upkeep to match the property's potential.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, contemporary design and thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. **Accommodation:** The home itself is beautifully renovated with a modern aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The spacious living areas are well-furnished with stylish, comfortable seating and décor. The kitchen is a highlight, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, which is perfect for families or groups who prefer dining in. **Bedrooms and Bathrooms:** Each bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring plush beds, quality linens, and ample storage space. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with modern fixtures, plenty of towels, and excellent water pressure in the showers. **Outdoor Space:** The private pool is surrounded by a spacious covered patio area where we spent many relaxing afternoons.
