My stay was horrendous one of the beds was broken the other one every time my daughter moved the bed made a screeching noise so she had to sleep on the floor, they didn’t k ow where the TV remote was and when they figured out where it was, we didn’t get it back till the night before we left and then the TV didn’t work properly and the communication with the host was none existent, when we used the toaster it kept on tripping the electricity it was horrible time and holiday for myself and kids

Merrifield apartments

There was no speciific parking. We had to park in the visitors bay 2 lanes down.Fan knob broken in single room. Was very unclean.

Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great. Towels were extremely rough and hard, shower curtin was extremely mouldy. Toilet was not fixed to the ground and moved when you sat down. Lamp had no bulb. Apartment was ok but no for price.

Refused to put ourselves through the filth again

Was booked in for a second stay in our 2 weeks in WA and decided against it after our first stay being disgusting!! Never again will we stay here. Have also reported this property to the local council to investigate the state of these apartments. DO NOT STAY HERE. Is a waste of money as you will want to stay somewhere else and won’t get your money back!!

Access details provided only after we enquiried, and what we recieved was incorrect, resulting in many hours of frustration just trying to gate in the gate, then into the property. The wifi only worked on our last day of the five day stay. place was genearaly dirty, linen old and thread bare, bedding old and uncomfortable.

Flight of stairs to dirty not as described bromen furniture bed fixed with dick tape bedding disgusting and dirty horable smell did not sleep there demanding my money back

Communication was not good at all. Internet never did work in our unit despite numerous requests. Mattress’s were so worn out we bought a foam mattress and used that.

Not acceptable

This place is not the place in the photos at all. It is a completely different unit and it is filthy. We couldn't even stay in this place. Have requested a refund, sent photos through as requested and have been ghosted no reply in over a week.

Very well kept property, secure parking, 2 minuet walk to trainstation.

Was a very great experience bith accommodation wise and an excellent property manager!! And will be booking again!

Very basic and unclean……

Cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Had to ask for the wifi and still couldn’t connect. Linen was very average.
