The host was very welcoming and responded promptly when contacted. House had plenty of room for our group and the backyard pool area was great. Even with other homes around it was quiet and private.

Checking in was a breeze. This home is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family. It is in a very good location, close to a variety of stores. We weren't expecting a game room so that was an added bonus. There was a few issues that were addressed to the host (nothing major). Overall it was a very good experience!

We love the house and the location. The only thing was bad Wi-Fi. We couldn’t use our cell phone in the house. But other than that I will definitely be back.

Great FL rental

Roomy, 2 first floor king suites, tons of bedrooms upstairs. We could have slept an army. Lots of space, lots of room to spread out. Lots of kitchen ware. The pool and hot tub were awesome. I highly recommend paying for the heat during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet.

Clean and Comfortable

A large house which was very clean and luxuriously furnished. Comfortable for 9 adults in our party. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Spacious home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms and plenty of seating for our group. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive to the inquiries we had. Unfortunately, the community gym was closed for renovations, which is understandably beyond the host's control.

Nice house managed by military (strict) people

hundreds of rules, no flexibilty, no possibility to use the heating at the degrees needed , even though that it was winter time, the house was clean, with the all the things needed and spacious

Decent Stay.

The house was huge. Enough rooms for everyone. The only issues we had was the internet was extremely glitchy. We couldn’t watch TV due to the internet not working. And our phones (we have Verizon) didn’t work really in the house. The hot tub needs to be heated prior to visit, found that out the hard way. I thought we needed to let them know if we wanted the pool heated. The walls could have been cleaned or repainted. They were quite dirty. But other than that is was a decent stay. Close enough to places we could hop in the car and go.

Perfect Location, Spacious Home

This is the fourth house I've rented in Sonoma Resort community and have decided so because of the secure entry and convenient location/proximity to restaurants and stores at the Loop, essentials like Sam's Club, Walmart/Target. There was ample sleeping space and enough bathrooms for a team of teen female athletes. We were extremely happy with this beautiful home and the communication with the host was always quick and attentive. Our stay was for 7 nights and we arrived to find a clean, welcoming home... and the best value for our budget. We made the most with the appliances provided (dishwasher, toaster oven, electric grill) while could have used more larger pots/pans, baking and serving dishes for groups to do family-style meals. An easy solution was to do a quick run to Goodwill for a baking sheet & dutch oven pot & Dollar Tree for foil pans & large containers to supplement with kitchen storage. The large TV's throughout the home, in the garage game room and the patio/pool area was perfect for teens and the living room areas were great for the team to review tournament video. At times when the front/back doors opened we could hear neighboring houses and gatherings, but as soon as they were closed you could not hear any outside noise; even the thunder and downpours were muted because of the insulation. This was definitely helpful in also keeping the AC temps cool and comfortable. Overall, if this house is available again next year, I would for sure book again! Thnx!

It’s ok but needs more attention to details

The house was just what was told. The overall stay was great, but there are some things that need improvement. Some friendly suggestions, a robot cleaner for the floors will be perfect. We didn’t have any type of cleaner to do the floor cleaning.. The pool was always cold although it says that it is heated. When we checked out we realized that we forgot a blanket there. The person who we talk with wasn’t helpful and we couldn’t have our blanket back. Of course it’s just a blanket but it is also the attitude. But again, our time there was very good and the house was just what we needed for a vacation of 14 people!! It is also a very good location if you are planning to go to Disney and Universal!
