Stunning Views from this beautifully updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condominium located in this amazing- gated community located on North Redington Beach, spread out over 7+ acres of prime coastline! You will enjoy early morning walks on the beautiful beach and stunning sunsets and views! If you don’t feel like cooking, there are a couple of great restaurants just across the street!

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom with a new STUNNING updated en-suite bath offers a King size bed and faces directly over the gorgeous white sandy beach and blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Guest Bedroom offers a queen size bed and a separate twin bed.

Just in case you may need to work or study a little during your great escape, there is great little work station set up with a VIEW! There is a desk with a computer docking station, 2 27 inch monitors and video camera for your online meeting available for your use!

Three magnificent swimming pools & hot tubs, outdoor grills are steps away and are available for your use.

Clubhouse: the top level of the Clubhouse offers a grand reception room, library, billiards, conference room, and a magnificent veranda overlooking the pool and Gulf. The lower level offers a casual great room with big screen TV, fitness center and weight room.

The property is close to great area restaurants, local sporting venues and other area attractions such as Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk.

Renewal agent check-in procedures were well documented which made day of arrival go smooth. Rental agent was immediately available to answer questions throughout stay.
