We had a great stay! Enjoyed the condo and the beach. The condo was lovely, comfy beds and comfortable furnishings. Nice kitchen. We spent the Christmas holidays enjoying the sunsets on the balcony.

Family get away

We enjoyed the comfort of the condo and closeness to the beach. The mornings and evenings were spent relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean.We have stayed here several times over the years and always have a great time. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The condos we rented were beautiful and well equipped. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We really enjoyed it and would definitely rent again in the future.

Very nice and well equipped

Very nice place to stay right on the beach. Only issue the elevator was down most of the week. Truly a great place and would highly recommend.

Maderia Beach week

The property was very nice. The parking is terrible in the area so more than one car will have an issue. Quick access to beach and pool was fabulous.

Loved the condo!

Loved the condo! Had everything we needed except rugs in the bathrooms and we ended up using towels. The extra chargers were nice!

Everything was good. But one parking for a three bedroom not good. Also no handicap access to the beach from the building. They also have just one bag cart for the whole building not good when people come and go around the same time. but I would stay here again.

Spring Training

We come for Spring Training as this area is within an hour of most of the parks and has great beaches and restaurants. Unfortunately, there was a few missed steps in the check in process and I was provided the wrong code for the door which was frustrating upon arrival but all was sorted quickly. The property was well equipped and exactly as we expected from the pictures.

Great beach location

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great location right on the beach. We had 5 adults and 2 teens here during our stay and never felt crowded. The main bathroom is dated but overall the property is nice. The only downside is that there is only one elevator for the building which can be an issue during certain times (which is not a direct condo issue). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a place on the beach.

Everything was as described at this rental. We have stayed at this building many times so we are familiar with the location & building amenities. This particular unit was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated & well appointed. They literally have everything you need for cookware and appliances, as well as some beach stuff to borrow. Zero issues with checking in. Will be renting this unit again in the future.

Right on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 404 is very spacious and well appointed unit. Move in day is a little crazy but we never had problems getting the elevator. Condo is right on the beach. Grill and pool area nice. Our only surprise was that the unit was still not ready at 3:00pm. I would not expect early check in, at least in June! Near restaurants, shops etc.

Sorry the unit was not ready by 3 pm but our Policies and Procedures page states that "during peak seasons some units may not be ready by 3 pm. Your patience will be appreciated in these instances." The summer months are extremely busy for beach front properties.

The condo was not as clean as we expected when we got there. The floors were sandy and the cabinet handles were sticky. Location is great, but the parking lot was black topped during the week which did not allow us to use to parking lot from Tuesday-Friday. When we were told it would be done Thursday. The rental company was awful to deal with as far as making arrangements- would not rent another unit if it was ran by distinctive beach rentals. When renting a beach front condo, you expect to be able to park close to your condo esp with a 9 month old baby and a handicap person with us. We were first told we had to park a couple blocks down the street until eventually they made arrangements with the condos next door and use their lot. The pack and play had sand in it..luckily we had our own for our baby to sleep. No beach towels were available. But the toys that are available were great for kids. Overall, the location is great, but I would not stay in this unit specifically

Heartbroken.

Showed up at 4:45 and place had not been touched.Could anyone imagine trying to explain to teenagers and infants we can't unpack yet so just sit in Living room.Could not contact anyone as everybody went home.Tried several ways to find out what happened with no luck. Finally at 6;30 someone showed up .Excuse was rain and they were running late. Can not believe no one could have contacted us earlier about the delay in checking in. I am sorry but will be very leery going through VRBO as we received no help. Very sad way to start a weeks vacation with our Family. Never again I will make sure I can call a person and not all these answering machines. By the way nobody ever contacted us after all the hoops we jumped through.

Great location! Walking distance to ice cream and restaurants! Only negative was there was only 1 parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 10 and there were only 5-6 towels for the guest. Would definitely rent again but maybe a different unit. Staff was accommodating with parking for free and it was only a .2 mile walk.

Girls Trip

We had a girls trip and loved the condo. It was really nice and spacious. The view was great. The only complaint was the master bedroom sheets had spots on them so we washed them. There were lipstick marks on drinking glasses also. Which would be my only complaint. The Reef across the straight had great food as well as The Cantina.

Love the location

Property is great - proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants is great. Only complaint would be the twin mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced.
