DOWNSTAIRS:
Boasts a large open plan living area with both indoor & weather protected outdoor dining which provide amazing waterfront views for perfect entertaining. The outdoor dining area has a plumbed in 6 burner bbq, sink and fridge. Each table seats 10 plus people .

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there is also a butlers pantry, stone benchtops, dishwasher, 2 large ovens, induction stove, microwave, toaster & kettle, etc.

In the main living area there is a lounge, gas fireplace and a hard wired internet 70 inch TV for easy streaming . There is also a second lounge area at the front of the house with two comfy sofas, a hard wired 70 inch TV a DVD player and large range of DVDs.

There is kids playroom/retreat with a desk, quality toys, Wii console. A double bunk and single bed are located in the kids retreat.

The separate laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

UPSTAIRS:
Has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites. The master1 ensuite has a bath and spectacular views of the canal. All bedrooms have build-in wardrobes apart from the Master1 which has a large walk-in wardrobe.

There is a 2 car garage with an electric door and the driveway can accommodate 4 cars.
