Simple, clean and tidy beach unit opposite the beach

Unit 4 Ronaki is located in the most sought after area of Merimbula in Fishpen. This two-bedroom unit is situated on the first floor of a small unit complex with only 4 other units and is perfectly distanced from everywhere you want to be in Merimbula. Once you're here, you will rarely have to get back in your car. The grounds of the unit complex have a common area with bbq and the unit has a single car garage to park in and/or store your beach toys.

You will find yourself directly across from Merimbula beach with café, bike shop and takeaway right next door.

You will need to bring your own linen, towels and tea towels. The unit has one queen bed and 3 single beds.

This beach unit was easy to find, easy check in process and sucure garage! Laundry facilities were good and the shower pressure was even better! No air-conditioning but hosts have 2 fantastic fans to keep cool on those hot day's. Curtains need updating and that was probley the only slight complaint. For money and location i would definitely be back regardless!

Perfect location for family holiday

We had a fantastic family getaway. The property was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy. Fantastic location right across the road from the beach, park and playground. We will visit again.

The location of the property is amazing. Walking distance to the beach. Only went for a weekend (had a wedding in Bega), would book for longer next time

We have stayed here many times. Great location. Older style accommodation but it suits us very well. Always clean and tidy. We keep coming back.

Great unit so convenient for beach days and town not far either. Cafe and fish n chips so close by too. Deft be back.

Great place, handy to beach, shops, restarants. Across the raod from beautifyl beach. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed plus more. Thankyou we will be back.

Great Location

We stayed at this property as we were visiting family nearby. The property has an excellent licatio , and although on the older sude, it was clean and an easy process to enter the property.
