Guests love this house for it's spacious and plentiful outdoor areas, luxury designer bathrooms, luxury kitchen, beautiful homewares and Pool Pump Heated Pool for year round swimming.
All living and two main bedrooms on Top Floor - walk in from the street - Other four bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette on Bottom Floor.
Walking distance to the beach and heated pool.
Very spacious between each of the six bedrooms and each has it's own balcony sliding door access to a relaxing space on a deck.
Three of the five King Beds can be split into Long Singles - please advise Host the bed set up you would prefer.
Pets are welcome - large fenced yard.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house with our family! The house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the deep heated pool was a definite highlight, perfect for both daytime fun and evening swims. It was the ideal spot for a memorable family getaway. Highly recommend!

Alex Headland Family Home

Great well equipped property for a family stay, lots of space and a lovely heated pool. Plenty of parking and a quiet location not too far from the beach. Highly recommended.

Fantastic House

Our whole family, kids and grandkids had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful house in a great location.The hospitality and communication with the host was outstanding and we loved every minute of our holiday and look forward to getting back there in the near future.

Great Location and Well Presented Property

Great location within minutes of the beach. The property is large with lots of areas to just relax. The heated pool was great for the kids and there were plenty of the essentials in the property so you did not have to bring any extras.

Excellent Family Holiday

A place for everybody and everybody in a place. So many spaces for the family to come together or be on their own.Loved the heated pool. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.Heartily recommend this house for a family or group holiday.

Fantastic beach holiday luxurious home

Home had plenty of space and areas where kids and family can relax. Very modern kitchen with all the gear, walking distance to beach and shops, quiet street, lovely swimming pool, Lovely views of the mountains from the back balcony, Cannot wait to return, We have 3 teenage boys who were able to have their own space, Just a fantastic relaxing home to have our holiday in.

Family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 12 to holiday at over Christmas. Had all the required amenities and was close enough to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Communication prior to check in was great and cleanliness was also perfect. Would love to return.

Great Group House, Needs Some Tweaking

Pros Wonderful sized property, there was so many hang out zones & room for everyone, great location near the beach & restaurants. Two washing machines & dryers were great, 2.5 fridges was really helpful. The house itself was nice & clean. The beds are on the firm side which I don't mind. Aircon & fans all worked well. Cons Unfortunately there were some cleanliness & functional issues - dirty lip marks on champagne glasses in the cupboard, dirty BBQ we had to clean before using, little black ants invading the pantry, bench top & fridge water dispenser, flickering light in the main bathroom, the main bedroom TV wouldn't work after the first night. There were a few other minor things but I won't go on. Overall we had a great holiday & having so much space was fantastic.

Alexandra Headland is a stunning location, beach and climate. Stayed from 23rd to 28th Dec. This house is truly fabulously located. Warm welcome with a Christmas tree some chocolates and milk. Well stocked with washing detergen, soaps etc. Close to the beach, restaurants and local community. Not far from Cotton hill also. House definitely accommodates 12 adults for sleeping very comfortably and lots of living areas. Bed linen, towels lovely quality. Wash/dry facilities beyond expectations. Some constructive suggestions, cushions on outside furniture very, very stained, needs to be replaced. While house bedroom/bathrooms were clean, floors quite dirty, all our socks were gritty from evening one. Flatware/ Cutlery needs to be better for quantity and quality. For a fab house it also needs a better/bigger bbq. Everyone cross the two generations said they would definitely come back once a little tender loving care was given to the house. We had a fantastic Christmas from Ireland. Hope you understand our feedback. Thank you Kerry.

Originally a Kiwi (from NZ Sth Island) I absolutely love the Queensland lifestyle - beach, swimming in the pool, bbq's, playing games and relaxing. And celebrating being with a group of friends or with family members all staying in one house with lots of space.

I love Hosting! It's so rewarding conversing with guests about their needs and creating a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy and have a lifetime of memories.

The house is a permanent holiday rental and I live only 10 minutes away so I'm always available to lend a hand and resolve any issues very promptly.

Alexandra Headland is a very popular area of the Sunshine Coast for it's central location - in between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore - it's popular patrolled beaches, the Alex Surf Club on the beach, it's 'holiday feel' and many cafes and restaurants. Alex Hill is also the place to be in the afternoon with a picnic rug, glass of bubbles and some snacks.
