Trend 309 is located in the heart of Campeche, one of the most beloved beaches in Florianópolis, known for its breathtaking sunrise and the famous nearby paradise island.

The space:

The loft is 40 m², with 3.4-meter high ceilings and an open-plan layout. It includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV.

The sleeping area features a brand-new queen-size bed and a small closet for storing and hanging clothes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove with oven, and all the necessary utensils to prepare any type of meal, including a blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, crystal wine glasses, and more.

The living/office/dining area is spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed, a table for up to 4 people, and a workspace equipped with pens, notepads, and a comfortable chair.

The bathroom includes a strong gas-heated shower, hairdryer, and basic amenities.

There is also a small balcony with an electric blind.

And some plants to make the space even more pleasant.

The building offers a rooftop pool with an amazing view and a gym.

We may also provide (upon request and subject to availability) 2 beach chairs and an umbrella at no extra cost.
