The location was perfect, tucked away in nature. The condo was quiet, comfortable and clean. Gary and Linda are great hosts. They gave us all kinds of suggestions for places to go, from viewpoints to hikes to places to eat. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Cozy space, great for a family

Clean, comfortable, convenient location, beautifully decorated, plenty of space for a family of 5-6. Very well stocked kitchen, linens, toiletries, etc. Will definitely stay again!

2nd stay for us, this time in late summer with family. Very well stocked condo with everything we needed! Close enough to Bend and great access to the Cascade Lakes area for hiking and paddling. We stayed with our adult children, bedding options worked out great. Separate bedroom for us and the sofa bed and murphy bed were comfortable and great for the kids. Got to enjoy more of the resort amenities this time. Frisbee golf was alot of fun and pool and hot tub great for relaxing after coming back from hiking or paddling. Will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in Bend, summer or winter.

Great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at 7th Mountain several times for ski trips. We found this condo to be very comfortable and it had everything we needed. There is a wonderful view of the woods from the back deck. The proximity to hiking trails and the Deschutes River is also a real treat. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Super nice condo and location, avoid the salesy check-in

Lovely spot. The condo was in great shape and super well-appointed with everything we needed. The location is wonderful and close to many activities. We'd been warned about the condo sales pitch at check-in and refused to speak with the concierge. They tried calling us and coming to the door but we managed to avoid them throughout our trip.

Amazing location to stay!

The apartment is set in a truly special place — with a beautiful forest, walking trails, and a peaceful river perfect for picnics and relaxing in nature.The property also has a pool, and the entire atmosphere encourages rest and connection with nature.We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. There were a few things that didn’t quite meet our expectations at first, but after reaching out to the hosts, they responded very quickly, with care, understanding, and professionalism. Amazing experience

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was absolutely perfect to get to and from the mountain, and the room was very clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen ware was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place this is. Everything was great. Super comply sleeping- great view off the back balconies- very well set up. Don’t miss the awesome hike right behind you- and, jump in river. Very refreshing. Fast wifi too for those who may have to work a bit. I will be back

This place was awesome. Beautifully decorated and maintained with every amenity you could ask for. Nice peaceful view from decks in living room and master! Short walk to all activities at 7th Mountain. A bunch of walking trails right outside your door! Gary, host, was amazing, accessible and attentive to our needs. Recommend this place highly. Wonderful for active families

This is the perfect one stop getaway for active families. The unit is beautiful furnished and can sleep 6 with a cool murphy bed. It has all the amenities of home as well as privacy between the living room and the bedroom, including two separate balconies. Various extra curricular activities on site; pools, disc golf, pickleball, and a rafting tour bus that picks up on property! Just a short drive to get to Downtown and the Redmond airport. We had the best time here during the summer and will definitely be back. Our Hosts Linda and Gary were warmly hospitable and very responsive to communication. Highly recommended.

Family Reunion

Bend is our hometown. Inn of the 7th Mountain, now 7th Mountain was our go to place for ice skating, dinner (when the restaurant was there), hiking, biking and skiing. This condominium was extraordinary and highly recommend staying here. Everything was new, spit-spot clean, and remodeled to perfection. Gary was very helpful for our check-in. We really enjoyed the fireplace and all the amenities in the condominium and resort. The location is fantastic. Best of both worlds, close to town and the wilderness.

Beautiful condo in an even more beautiful setting

This is a second floor condo at Seventh Mountain resort. Beautifully decorated with a Pacific NW vibe. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are hiking and biking trails right out the door. Easy access to Mt Bachelor and all it's lakes and trails. The location is very convenient to downtown Bend but just far enough to feel that you're out of town in the forest. Gary, the owner, is very nice and extremely responsive to all inquiries. Recommend this Nature Retreat highly.

Great Renovated Space at an old Resort

I rented this space for my wife and her sister and we stayed for three nights. While the advertised per night fee was $244, it came out to $358 per night after the additional fees and taxes. The reason for my vacation was to hang out with my inlaws who were staying at the same resort. I got to tour all of their hotel rooms and heard about how much they paid for renting. The average price was $280 with fees and taxes included for rooms that were close to the square footage of this room. Considering the prices and the conditions the rooms were in, I would rent this place again if I wanted to stay at the Seventh Mountain. For an additional $78, the cost is justified. You get two bathrooms that were recently renovated and in good condition. I feel like alot of people underestimat that value of having two full bathrooms on a vacation. You get a good kitchen for cooking that also has some recently new appliances. Not to mention it is fully stocked with utensils and pans for making food. The closet has hooks for hanging skis and is also heated. The master bedroom had a bed that was adjustable and comfortable for my sciatica. In addition, you still have resort amenities where you have access to any of the resort activites plus pool and sauna are included. If your looking to stay at a resort and want a room that is not stuck in the early 1990s-2000s, then I would suggest this place. It was a great winter getaway. My only gruff was not with the place but with the price for ski lift tickets! This place is a great cost effective solution if you want to ski or relax in the summer. Compared to equivalent priced options, this has an excellent return on investment.

Perfect place to be in Bend

This was our first visit to Bend and Gary and Linda’s condo was the perfect place to start. We found it clean, well maintained with very cozy amenities including the separate bedroom with its own TV and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the resort amenities like the large open space where our dog was free to run. The pool and spa is a short walk from the condo as well as the market and cafe. It was so easy to get into Bend where we enjoyed exploring and walking along the very scenic riverfront. We’ll be back for sure!

Outstanding experience. The condo was decorated tastefully, soothing colors and everything cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, no need to bring anything. The location is excellent, close to nature experiences, hiking, biking and water-rafting all within 5 to 30 miles. The condo is located in a resort like atmosphere; swimming pools heated, jacuzzi spas, hot sauna, putting greens, disc golf, restaurant/bar and so much more. If you're looking to get away from it all, look no further.

Perfect location & amenities

Loved the location, updated set up and amenities. We wanted to be as close as possible to the mountain but still close to downtown Bend. Beds are comfortable, 2 tvs, fully stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and plenty of recreation. So comfortable!

Best Bend Getaway

Heading to Bend? This is a fantastic place to stay. Location is perfect as you’re between Mt. Bachelor, great hiking and the town of Bend. This apartment is beautiful and quite comfortable. Updated with lots of charm. You’ll rest up well after a days outing.
