Welcome to "The Americana" at Hampton Beach - a perennial favorite in the heart of the action. Perfectly situated at the beginning of "the strip." Unit NE was fully renovated in spring of 2023 and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6. Steps from the beach, arcades, mini-golf, Seashell Stage, Casino Ballroom & more. Your unforgettable beachside escape awaits!

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: This unit is located on the ground level, it's technically a partial basement unit. Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises. Airconditioning is also taken out during winter months. Thank you!
No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.

This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more. Hampton Beach is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This unit neighbors Buc's Lagoon for ice cream and mini golf, The Sand and Santa (and the giant Santa statue) and is 2 block from restaurant favorites like Bernie's, The Goat, The Green Room. The Americana is also just minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
