Close to local vineyards and Granite Belt tourist attractions, this three bedroom home on a small rural residential street in Thulimbah offers amazing views of the stunning night sky and the Southern Cross. It has a beautiful large comfortable leather lounge where you and family/friends can gather and relax by the fireplace, or use as your base as you explore the Granite Belt region. Free WIFI. Ramp access. Only 10 minutes south to Stanthorpe or 30 minutes north to Warwick.

Pets allowed on prior approval (maximum two) at a cost of $20 per pet. You will be sent a payment request for pet(s) after booking.

I will be recommending this property to my family and friends. It has 3 bedrooms one bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people. It’s great value and thank you for the thoughtful cheese plater. It went very well with the local wine purchases. Very clean with everything that you need, it has all the comforts of home. Thank you to our host Roslyn and her property manager Teresa. We didn’t need to ask for any help because it was all so well explained.I would definitely book this property again. Thank you Jen

Perfect place to stay if you’re wanting somewhere spacious and a good location to explore Stanthorpe! We loved our stay here and if we ever plan to do Stanthorpe again, this is where we will try and book!!!

It was a great place to stay....

I had a few lovely days at Avalon with my dogs. It was quiet peaceful, clean close to everything and I would certainly stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Avalon. The house is very comfortable and cosy. The location was great for our weekend. Teresa is a great co-host. We will stay again next visit to Stanthorpe.

Stanthorpe getaway

This house is perfect for a getaway , fully fenced yard for pets, fireplace and a/c , 3 bedrooms. quiet location . Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed it.

The place we stayed in at Thulimbah, was ideally located about 10 min from Stanthorpe and 30min from Warick. It was very clean , had 3 Brms all with BIRs an open area lounge dining and kitchen. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils that anyone could need and it was easy to navigate around. There was a combustion fire for those cold nights and that certainly warmed up the interior quickly and it was very comfortable inside. There was a small book library and also a small dvd library.The property was fenced so our Jack Russell had plenty of space to do zoomies around the back yard. Teresa the property manager was very good and there was a cheese platter awaiting us on arrival. We certainly enjoyed our short stay and we would certainly go again for longer. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and stay there.

Quaint house outside of Stanthorpe

A quaint well kept house for us to call home base when exploring the Granite Belt for the weekend. Hopefully next time we can stay longer.

Clean, homely

House was perfect for what we needed it for, big yard, clean and comfortable, beautiful sun sets too.Teresa was very helpful too, loved chatting with her.Definitely stay there again.

Property was in a great location, clean, and well kept. The property manager was pleasant and super helpful. A well-equipped kitchen and fireplace ready for use made for a fabulous stay. Three good sized bedrooms and a lovely roomy living and dining area.

Perfect spot for a catch up with our sister who lives in the area. Very comfortable house with everything we could possibly need. Would happily recommend.

Awesome house

A beautiful home with everything you need for an easy time away. Very clean, beautiful linen, comfy beds and very nice products in the bathroom. We had a family get together and it was a great central location to visit local attractions. Great value for money and a wonderful host.

Avalon

The property was clean and tidy. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard and making new friends with the dogs next door. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely warm wood fire in the evenings was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and clean. It was in a quiet suburb and we loved the slow combustion heater. There was nothing to complain about. We loved exploring the area.
