3rd Floor Penthouse!

Enjoy your morning beverage on the deck overlooking fantastic breathtaking views of the pool and the ocean. The updates continue in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Over the past 2 years, there were new doors, new furniture in Bedroom 1, and a new refrigerator. This year, new sliding doors to both decks and Bedroom 2 will get new furniture. The configuration is not finalized for Bedroom 2, but it will either be twin over twin bunk and a single bed, or 2 twin over twin bunk beds, so the pictures are not indicative of what will be in place.



Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owner provides pillows and quilts/bedspreads for your use. 6 Beach Badges and Pool Passes for your use.



$75.00 Cleaning Fee.



A Cash Deposit will be needed at check-in for:

* Two (2) PARKING PASSES @ $25.00 EACH.

* Six (6) POOL PASSES @ $10.00 EACH. (You will receive your deposit for the passes at check out.)"



Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
