Surf City Beach House with New Heated Pool

New 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with heated pool in the heart of Surf City. Located between the beach and the bay. Our home is walking to both and all that Surf City has to offer.

Our Surf City Beach house has 3 decks and a rooftop with an amazing view of the ocean and bay. Perfect place to watch the sunset.

The inside of the home is newly furnished. The master has a king bed and the guest room has a full bed. Both room lead out to a finished deck. The other two room have two twin beds in each.

The living area is open concept with a fully equipped kitchen. All new appliances and a Weber grill off the living area.

The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and a second fridge.

Our home is waiting for you to enjoy!

We loved staying in this house! The home was beautiful, spacious & very clean. We mostly loved the location because we were within walking distance to all of our favorites in Surf City and only a block from the beach. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, the pool was beautiful & clean and the garage came equip with lots of balls/games/toys & plenty of beach equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and again, we enjoyed our stay! Even during hurricane week and no water access at the beach we made the most of it. The host was responsive & quick to various comments/requests upon arrival and through out the week. The only downside about location is there is a fire house right across the street. The siren tower woke our kids often

Excellent stay for Wedding weekend

What a spacious home. The pictures do not do it justice. The wide open area was perfect for our family to hang and catchup for before and after the wedding. The pool area is amazing and the roof top deck was an added plus. Definitely recommend this place!!

Wonderful Beach Weekend

Our family took a nice long weekend before the back to school rush. Both the home and location were wonderful! Check in was easy and the home was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location, Beautiful House, Missing Key Details

The house was beautiful -- good size for a good sized group -- and the location was ideal. But there were many issues upon arrival. In addition to the below list, we were surprised to find no paper essentials such as toilet paper or dish drying towels/paper towels. 1. The gas in the grill ran out after one use 2. The main bedroom smoke alarm was not connected 3. No working lights on decks -- we had to replace bulbs 4. The washing machine was full of wet towels -- they smelled (we ended up rewashing and drying for the house) 5. The lint filter in the dryer was dirty and a fire hazard (especially concerning considering smoke alarms were not active) 6. The main bedroom bath had mildew on the shower curtains and hair on the wall of the bath 7. The silverware drawer was filthy 8. "Lucy's 19th birthday" drawings were left on the wall from previous tenants 9. The toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was broken 10. Dirty sponges were left in the kitchen sink 11. The toaster oven was dirty 12. The cleaning crew arrived before our agreed upon 10AM check out We have photos of the above complaints and can send them directly to the listing owner or VRBO, whatever is preferred.

Wonderful LBI Vacation Home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Surf City. The house itself is modern, clean, tastefully appointed, stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. We loved returning in the evenings and relaxing in the outside deck areas of the home as the sun set with gorgeous views over the bay. The location is superb, close to the bridge, surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops and a block or so to SC Beach. We had a great time, would return in a heartbeat, thank you!!

Great Stay

I stayed at this house with family and could not have been more satisfied. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to walk to the beach and easy to walk to the bay for the sunset. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing last minute stay!

We booked this great house as a last minute vacation for my family (4 adults and 3 young kids). House was beautiful, modern and updated. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We loved all of the decks and outdoor space. Host was great and responsive and we were just a short walk to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay

The house is spacious, clean, new and the owner responds within minutes. It’s about a block and half walk to the beach. There are so many decks and includes a high-quality Weber grill. You do have to bring your sheets and pillow cases and I would pack a 4-pack of toilet paper too. The beach was amazing!

Perfect family reunion

We had 7 in our group and the layout worked great for us. Bedrooms for all, plenty of bathrooms, and the common space had a great layout. We had room for extended family to share meals, loved all the decks and the outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was so short. Just a great place to spend our week.

Awesome house in great location!

The location of the house is amazing so close to restaurants and shops in Surf City. Short walk to the bay and beach. The house itself is beautiful! Brand new feel and plenty of space.

Excellent Stay

We had a terrific two week stay with Sandi at this property. The house is very new, and was clear and ready to go when we arrived. Check in was simple. We fit 8 people comfortably the first week, and there were 4 the second week, so more than enough room. The location is great, not only to the beach which was a short walk (even with little kids) but also to all that Surf City has to offer. We had very smooth communication with Sandi, we had to message her a few times and she responded back very quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, easy communication

We had a great stay in this wonderful home. Location was excellent, house was exactly as advertised. Communication was always rapid, professional, and helpful. The only minor issue we had was that there were no sheets or pillowcases when we arrived, which required us to search the house to find them. Not a big deal by any means, but something that could have been more clearly communicated. All in all, would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Communication, When we checked in we had a slight problem with the heat contacted the owners and they took care of it in a expedient manner very satisfied. I would not hesitate renting this property again

Good location, nice new house

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. The owner was very responsive, but we did have to reach out a few times with basic questions such as how to use the front door code. House has great outdoor spaces, but has some surprisingly small indoor spaces -- such as the master bath -- given its large appearance. The house is located halfway between bay and ocean, and is very accessible to downtown Surf City. (Unfortunately this means close proximity to the Surf City firehouse which has a deafening firehorn that went off several times during our stay.) We did appreciate having a beach house that is uncluttered, but could have used even one reading light instead of all overhead lighting. And we guess this new request to bring our own blankets is a result of Covid, but we didn't find out about this necessity til last minute (and only when we reached out to confirm what we needed to bring) and it resulted in quite a packing scramble.

Surf City Sweet Spot

We loved our stay at this newly renovated home! It was so clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated! In a great location, walking distance to everything Surf City has to offer. Kitchen is fully equipped and there were lots of fun games to play as well. Sandi, the host, was beyond accommodating and incredibly responsive! Highly recommend!
