Located in the heart of La Hacienda, one of San Felipe's most popular resort communities, this contemporary home is just a short walk from the community beach and directly across from the community pool.

The bright living room features two grey tone sofas, large windows, and a flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen has sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with bistro seating.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, hardwood floors, decorative lighting, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and modern bowl sink. A half bath is located across the hall.

The front patio offers coffee with a view of the pool. This home sleeps 2 guests (airbed welcome for 2 more, max 4). Guests have access to the community pool and beach.

The condo is minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and El Malecon — just 10 minutes south of downtown. Monthly rentals available November-March (30-night increments, utilities extra with deposit).

A $50 cash refundable gate pass deposit is required at check-in. Towels not included. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
