The guest bedroom has a queen bed flat screen television and access to the 2nd bathroom which also has an entry off the hallway. This condo offers internet access and a full sized washer and dryer. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
