Construction Updates
Below is the most current schedule for planned maintenance work & facility closures affecting owners and guests. The resort will do its utmost to keep any disturbance to the minimum and we like to apologize in advance for any noise the maintenance may cause to you during your holidays. The ongoing renovations and preventive maintenance will ensure the upkeep of the resort for your upcoming holidays.

Please note that this schedule only covers larger projects that are scheduled at this point in time. Other repairs or maintenance may occur throughout the Resort on an ongoing basis and are not noted on this schedule.

From Nov. 17, 2025, through Mar. 31, 2026, various maintenance works will be carried out in the resort’s common areas, including building exteriors, pool decks, pathways, courtyards, garages, underground car parks, etc.3
