If you plan to bring pets, please make sure to let us know in advance.
*** Vrbo will only automatically charge for one pet. if you're bringing a second pet, the additional pet fee will be collected separately by us before your stay.

The entire cabin is yours to enjoy—perfect for a peaceful retreat or a fun family escape.
✅ Starting Memorial Day, all guests will have access to a nearby resort pool just a quick 6-minute drive from the cabin. It’s a fantastic place to relax and unwind, featuring both an indoor pool (open year-round) and a seasonal outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day).
✅ Bonus: Guests staying between Memorial Day and the end of June will also have access to the Covered Bridge Resort’s outdoor pool, located right inside the community. This pool will be closing after June 30th, so we’re happy to offer it as an extra perk for early summer guests.

Other things to note
The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post-checkout. However, Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding, or furniture may result in additional charges.
To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.
Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement
We provide initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.
There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area.
The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.
There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.

We love bringing our family and friends to gather here and spend precious time today. In today's world, the privilege of being able to get away to the Great Smokey Mountains and spend quality time with your loved ones is a gift from God that we cherish dearly.
We hope to share our home with you so you can create beautiful memories together with your loved ones. We have a fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy meals together, a BBQ on the deck with a great view of the mountains, and large entertainment areas so you can relax after a long day with 6 TVs equipped with cable TV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, and HBO.
Even if you choose another accommodation, we hope you are able to see all the Great Smokey Mountains has to offer. Come once and I'm certain you'll come back, just like we did. My motto "Step on solid ground. The journey is the blessing."
