The only real difference was the pool table in the basement in the pictures showed a full size pool table but it actually was very small pool table. That was one of our perks for renting because it showed a full size pool table. We love playing pool.

Great week on the New River!

We had a great week exploring the New River floating, paddling, and fishing! We also took advantage of it's close proximity to the Virginia Creeper Trail and spent a day biking. Great house in a wonderful location!

Awesome property!

This is very nice property that is well stocked located on the beautiful New River. This is our second stay at this house and would definitely love to stay here again. The host is very easy to communicate with.

Was very pleased with all aspects of rental. Clean, comfortable, roomy, secure. Would have loved to have had ESPN (would have made every thing perfect)

Fantastic Mountain Paradise

Everything about this cabin was topnotch. Of all the many cabins I have rented in different states. I think this has to be my favorite! The whole family fell in love with it and it made our short family reunion so memorable.Ivette was so responsive and kind. We would love to come back next time we visit our parents birthplace ( Mouth Of Wilson, VA). Thanks for sharing.

Spectacular Mountain Home!

This is an absolutely amazing home located right on the New River. Very clean, so many features, well appointed, and the views are spectacular! Was so easy to work with Jamie (homeowner). Loved sitting on the deck as well as by the new fire pit. Our kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and playing corn hole and other outdoor games on the expansive lawn next to the river. We will definitely schedule another weekend at this mountain retreat. Thanks so very much, Jamie, for making our stay so easy and enjoyable! Sincerely, Mike Stewart

Paradise on Earth

Everything was so easy right from the start. From reservations, checking in, and finding everything you could possibly need right at our finger tips. The river right off the decks were so peaceful and beautiful. All 7 of us could not say enough about this cabin. It is so warm and inviting. It feels like home. We just left all the stress at the door. We cooked out, used the fire pit, played pool in the evening, and had plenty of seating on the decks for us all to enjoy the outdoors. I hope I get a chance to go back soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Absolutely beautiful!

Summer Vacation

Our family loves the mountains and the cooler temps. We had a week and could have stayed longer. The cabin had most everything you could want. Met the neighbor the 1st day and he was really nice. The road going down is a bit steep, but the river frontage is lovely.

Just what we needed...

This cabin is nicely decorated and was perfect for a week of kayaking and tubing. The kitchen has everything you need to have meals on site. Our party of six ate out only twice during our week. We spent the later part of the evenings enjoying the backyard and playing cornhole. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The host (Jaime) was very responsive before and during our stay. A very peaceful week and enjoyable time. Will definitely come back.

Just the most amazing place on the New River!

As always, an exceptional stay at the cabin hosted by Jaime and Yvette. Super clean. Amazing views. All the comforts of home and then some. We choose this home over any VRBO in the mountains of NC. Highly recommend this slice of Heaven!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful thanksgiving getaway at the cabin with family. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We enjoyed some of the local activities. We spent time together with fires in both fireplaces and had a relaxing trip. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful holiday getaway

Great experience

From the start the home owner was concerned about our experience staying in his home. The house was immaculate, and as a bonus, decorated for the Christmas season. When we had any questions, all weather related, he was very responsive. We appreciate the opportunity to rent this house.
