The main floor of the home features an open concept kitchen/dining/living area along with three bedrooms (2 w/ queen beds and 1 w/ twin bunk beds) and a full bathroom. The upper level features a landing area with futon and another bedroom (queen bed) and another full bathroom. A wall mounted AC unit in the upstairs bedroom keeps that room cool and a large wall mounted AC unit in the main area keeps the lower area cool. The home is located .4 miles from Thachers Beach, .5 Miles from Seaview Beach and .6 miles from Parker Rivers Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy days out on the water! Or just enjoy the view and the water breezes. Four kayaks are provided for your enjoyment!
Seven night minimums, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. $100 per stay per pet additional cleaning fee required. Dock usage for boating is available for an extra $500 per week. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
