You’ll be close to it all when you stay at this Jan Juc House.

You’ll be within distance to iconic Surf Coast beaches: Jan Juc Beach (800m), Torquay Surf a beach (1400m) & Torquay Front Beach (1600m).

The RACV resort, including restaurants, spa, conference facilities & golf course is 200m away.

You can also walk to the Bell Street or Jan Juc shops and eateries or just a 5 min drive.

The space
Freshly painted and with new carpet throughout, you’ll feel relaxed in this family & pet friendly house. The house can sleep 7 adults/older children & toddlers/babies.

The ground floor features an open-plan lounge, kitchen (with tv) and dining extending onto a large sunny outdoor deck with webber bbq. The two downstairs bedrooms are private and feature brand new beds (queen and two singles). There is also a main bathroom and separate laundry.

Upstairs is a sunny secluded space with a second lounge/ a work-from-home nook which means you can extend your stay a little longer. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite, and walk in wardrobe.

The house has two split system air-conditioning units (one upstairs and one downstairs), brand new appliances and a fully appointed kitchen. There is unlimited NBN wifi to support working from home or streaming your favourite shows.

Toddlers and infants are welcome and we have a porta cot, high chair, booster seat, change mat, childrens crockery/cuttlery available at request.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to park in the driveway (fits two cars) and out the front of the house.

Other things to note
You’re welcome to use any of the supplies in the kitchen or cupboards to make your stay more comfortable.

Hygienic and friendly pets are welcome upon approval for an additional $40 per stay.

The garage is locked and not available for use by guests.

This is a smoke free property (inside and out).

Our neighbours are friendly so please be kind (no parties or events). No noise after 10:00pm.

Self check in via a lockbox after 3:00pm. Check out by 10:00am.
