We had a wonderful weekend stay while celebrating our daughter’s wedding at Florida Rustic Barns. There was plenty of room for bridesmaids and extended family. The living room, and primary suite are enormous. There were plenty of towels and dishes. We wished we stayed longer but could have used some extra blankets in the suite off the garage since the heater automatically shut off in the middle of the night despite our efforts to reprogram it for the whole evening.

Very good stay

Kitchen was a little low stocked, we had to buy a sponge, paper towels, dish washer detergent, salt. But overall good experience!

Unique Home with the most Comfortable Beds

We came to Tampa for a College Soccer recruiting event. All of our players remarked at how comfortable the beds are and there was planty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. wieverythingimagin

Valrico Stay

Location and house were fantastic for what we needed. Only concerns were the 2 downstairs bathrooms which are easily fixable and the garbage disposal which again is an easy fix. House was very quiet and accommodating, would certainly stay again.

Disappointing

I rented this large house to accommodate guests at my daughter's wedding. The house is listed as sleeping 20. I only had 11 guests. The evening before the wedding, I hosted a "Rehearsal Party". I personally spoke with the homeowner and cleared this event with her. As my guests started to arrive, a very angry neighbor accosted them and insisted, using quite inappropriate language, that they not park in front of her house. We had no music playing and were not breaking any laws or rules. When I approached her in an attempt to help the situation, she screamed at me, again using extremely inappropriate language, and threatened to call the sheriff. I did not pay a good deal of money to have my guests harassed by neighbors for no reason. So, beware should you rent this house and have more cars than the driveway can accommodate. The house in general was in decent shape, kitchen was not well equipped but sufficed. The real problem was the deck outside. The wood was extremely worn with several holes. One of my guests actually fell as her foot went through one of the holes on the deck. It's unsafe and should be repaired before the house is rented again.

Milton bug out

We had to move to higher ground for a hurricane evacuation. The house was large and well stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. Worked well for our needs. There was some leaks following the storm but that isn’t surprising.

Anniversary vacation

We were here to visit and celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The home was located less than 5 minutes from our parents' house so it was a great location. Everything was as advertised and we would reccommend it to other families.

Carpet is horrendous property manager had the audacity to tell us to take our shoes off before steping on carpet but the carpet are dirty lots of insects in house unbelievable honestly the house ilwas very hot the AC was really weird he has about 4 small unit ac with a fan in each room because they know the ac isnt enough dont wast your money i wouldn't do it again unless i absolutely have to

Great stay for our Rugby team

Our rugby team had a great stay here. The place was spacious enough for us to all spread out and relax after the tournament. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was nice for relaxing. We prepared breakfast and dinner ourselves at the home each day and so it would have been better if the kitchen had more large griddle type cooking surface for pancakes, etc. But otherwise, it was great!

Short stay before cruise

The property was amazing, it looked like it was a former church, the master bedroom and bathroom were huge. The property is located in a great location close to shopping and restaurants it was the perfect spot to get to the cruise port quickly. My only complaint is the water for the showers isn’t hot otherwise I recommend staying here.

Perfect for pre and post Weddings

My friends and family stayed at this amazing house for me and my husbands wedding. It was perfect! It fit everyone comfortably and we there was enough room for me and my girls to get our hair and makeup done there. The vrbo is so beautiful! It is so big and we loved the antique but modern. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!

Needs remodel and to be stocked for 20 people

I've never felt led to write a bad review about one of my VRBO stays for I've never had the issues like I had this time. I am actually shocked at what they charge for this home based off what it has to offer. It seems like it's lacking host pride, it felt like they moved out & left some of their old stuff. Pro's: Property owner was helpful & available when I reached out. Home is spacious on the inside & out. Neighborhood is quiet & seems like a good neighborhood. Close to stores, restaurants & Busch Gardens Con's: Cockroaches inside, found 3. 3 of the bedrooms are all connected to each other, in order to leave the rooms to use the restroom or the rest of the house you have to go through at least two bedrooms. This is very inconvenient. For a house that sleeps 20 the kitchen is missing basic things, there was only 1 plastic mixing bowl, all cups other than toddler cups were glass, only 2 wine glasses, 1 tongs, no foil provided or saran wrap, no pepper, barely any salt, 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 kitchen trash bags for 8 nights & 15 of us. No sponge for the dishes & no dish rags. The grill is tiny. The drawers in the kitchen were filthy & one just falls out when you open it. Home needs a remodel. Carpets are dirty, rugs to cover the carpet cause you to trip over them. The laundry room floor is literally sinking in & the tile is all busted up. The wooden trusses in the living room are covered in dust. The toilets weren't running correctly so a plumber had to come. All the light bulbs in the garage went out upon arrival, all at once. We had to change some lightbulbs. The dishwasher lost power entirely on our last night. The pool table is slanted & very close to stained glass windows. The men when trying to play had to make sure their stick didn't go through the glass behind them & one of the kids shot a ball that went off the table & went through the glass. Upon looking at other parts of the glass other pieces were broken as well. There is poison ivy around the broken tree house. String lights outside, only 1/2 of the blubs work. There is no crib or highchair, there is a play pen & the highchair had to be dropped off. The towels are tiny & old. Furniture is old & worn down. Master bedroom needs dark curtains for it's extremely bright in the mornings.

Large Gropus

This is a home designed for large groups. Plentiful of parking and the home is spacious. The only negatives are this large home has only one television, and the kids could not use the outside Playhouse due to the poison ivy on the entrance. We still had a terrific stay!

Amazing home for a large group

Beautiful space for a large group. Gigantic living/family room, large kitchen, and immaculate master. Only downside was traffic when heading into Tampa, a lot of lights, but overall awesome time.

Beautiful And Spacious Home

This home is very spacious and get 5 stars. Only downfall is it needs more bathrooms. Very clean and kid friendly. Board games available as well as a pool table! If you’re in the Brandon area rent this home!
