HARBOUR TOWER 413
is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach rental near Sanibel Island overlooking San Carlos Bay with fabulous sunsets nightly. Beach-inspired decorations, this condo features light and bright all day. With a King in the primary bedroom, a queen in guest bedroom with a trundle underneath, and sofa sleeper in living room it will accommodate up to 6 people. A separate soaking tub and shower and walk-in closet can be found in master bath. Seating for 6 in the dining room, and Crown Molding throughout the condo. Beautiful views of the San Carlos Bay as it feeds into the Gulf, this screened-in balcony and master bedroom make a fantastic setting for your next Coastal inspired Sanibel Harbour Vacation Rental.

Neighborhood: The Sanibel Harbour inlet is a great location just before the Sanibel Causeway bridge to Sanibel Island. A quick drive to Fort Myers Beaches, and a simple walk to the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Restaurants next door.

Getting Around: In order to explore the beaches nearby and shopping, we suggest having a rental car. A quick trip, however, to enjoy the beach and pool, you could stay close to home and not need a vehicle.

Guest Interaction: Your instructions for Check-in are simple and self driven. You do not need to check in with us, but we do have our offices on site if you find you need our services.

~The Sanibel Harbour Marriott does have a fitness center, which you can use for a charge. Within a few miles are also work out facilities if you prefer.

~We do not have bicycles on site; we recommend travelling to Sanibel Island where there are miles of bike paths to enjoy, and several bicycle rental facilities.
Do we need to pack a hairdryer?
~No, we provide a hairdryer in the Condo for your use while you are visiting.

Great Location

The property was excellent. It was in a great location with a great view. The check in was easy and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Overall excellent- fantastic location and view and comfortable with nice furnishings.

Overall excellent- fantastic location and view with appropriate and nice furnishings. Very conscientious checkin. I would suggest, however, that management is parsimonious with the basic paper products- really- 1 roll of paper towels, 2 plugs of dishwasher detergent, 2 pkgs of laundry detergent, no paper napkins. This was for a five-day stay. Maybe a little coffee and a few filters would have been nice- not expensive but thoughtful, especially in a high- end rental.

We provide a starter kit that's enough for about a three night stay as explained on the welcome email we send prior to arrival. We find that this is the sweet spot to give guests what they need upon arrival while also reducing potential waste. We hope to welcome you back soon!
