Marlin Key 3C is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Marlin Key Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL, offer low-density, spacious units, stunning beach views, and private beach access - perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Unit features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home; dining table seats eight, plus four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom is newly remodeled with a spa shower and stand-alone soaking tub



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed; one reserved space, and the second car is on a first-come, first-served basis



• Smoking/vaping is not permitted at Marlin Key except around the grill area and in the front parking lot away from the building

We loved our stay here! It’s the perfect location, it’s beautiful, has everything you could possibly need as far as cooking goes. The beaches weren’t crowded at all. It was the best condo we’ve stayed at in the last 5 years for sure. The absolute only complaint is how bright the outside hallway lights are shining into the 2 bedrooms against that wall at night. Thank you for such a wonderful place to have our vacation! Praying we will be back next year

We had a wonderful stay at Marlin Key. The property was exactly as described. The layout was perfect for ourselves and 2 adult kids with spouses. The location is nice in that it is a little away from the major traffic of the area but so close to get to everything you want from shopping to restaurants. The only complaint we had is that the bedrooms near the front of the building didn’t have sufficient window coverage to block the outdoor light directly in front of the window that was on all night.

I would not hesitate to book this room again. I learned the hard way this room is cheaper if you reserve through itrip.net. Love the area . Great for kids of all ages.

Our trip was amazing! The condo exceeded any expectations we had. It was beautiful and well equipped. If even had a waffle maker ! The beach was just a few steps away and so beautiful. We loved the fact that it was not located in the “busy” area of Orange Beach but still just a few minutes from shopping. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Peaceful and tranquil

The place was beautiful and cozy. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. This units parking was close to the elevator as was our room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wasnt too crowded so we could relax on the beach

This was our second time staying at Marlin Key 3C. We absolutely love this condo and this unit. It is so close to the beach and the beach is not crowded. Love how all of the rooms are set up. It is just completely perfect for our family!

Our first time in Orange Beach, but won’t be our last. We are SOLD! This condo is immaculate and in a very quiet area. The assigned parking made it very convenient, the property is very well maintained, and the layout of the condo was plenty of space. We love that it is not crowded sincere there are only 4 floors of rooms.

This property was as advertised. We will book here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Very clean. kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware and bakeware. Very convenient. CLOSE private beach access. We were on the beach everyday and not once was it crowded. Outdoor grilling area was convenient and well kept as well.
