The Space:

Welcome to your two-level haven overlooking stunning Lake Taupō!



Step into the first level boasting a cozy kitchen, laundry, and a dining room that spills onto a deck, offering unparalleled lake vistas. Savor meals with a view and unwind in the lounge, complete with a smart TV for Netflix binges with a fireplace for ultimate winter coziness, and a heat pup / aircon unit to keep you comfortable all year round.



Sleeping seven in total, the first level features a queen-sized bed with lake views, a walk-in wardrobe, and a convenient shower and toilet.



Upstairs, discover two more bedrooms with panoramic lake views—one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, plus a foldable bed for a 7th guest - the spare bed is recommended for little ones - not adults. Every room promises ample wardrobe space and a private deck or patio to soak in the mesmerizing scenery.



The property is a very quick drive to all of Acacia Bay’s hotspots, the Bay Bar & Brasserie, the famous L'Arte Cafe Gallery and of course, Acacia Bay North Jetty, where you can enjoy a swim or launch your boat. It is only 6km from the Taupō town centre and supermarkets.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
