Looking for a location away from the busy beach traffic but with beach access and less than five miles from restaurants? Then Heron Landing is for you! This home away from home sits on the Lagoon with sweet views of both the Lagoon and the Gulf. Sit underneath in the swing as you barbecue and enjoy your water view. This condo has two bedrooms with a queen in the master and a king in the guest. A sleeper sofa accommodates six guests. 2.5 bathrooms provides a convenient half bath on the first floor of this townhouse. Three TVs ~ Washer/dryer ~ Fully equipped kitchen ~ Private balcony ~ BBQ grill ~ Outdoor pool ~ Fishing pier ~ Gulf access ~ No pets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t say enough about this place! We have been coming to this same condo for over 20 years. Absolutely love the location! Only a few steps to the beach and you have your own pier to fish off of. Very quaint and quiet. You are still close to all attractions and restaurants but far enough away from traffic and crowds. This is like our home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the whole experience. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. It was close to the beach with its own access, had a private pier on the lagoon out back, and everything was well maintained and perfect. Parlor doughnuts was a favorite place for the kids to get their snack on. We also checked out bubbas seafood restaurant too and it was amazing. We will definitely be back, and we are definitely sticking with bender because their customer service is unlike anything we’ve experienced at any of the other places we go.
