We enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to the beach with chair rentals made everything so convenient. This is our 4th time staying here and we love it more each time!

Gorgeous! Excellent location. Loved that it’s smaller and not a high rise. Appreciated the covered parking. Very clean and well decorated. Plenty of towels. Only negative is that there was no reason for us to go to the management co to check in. It’s a keypad lock. They could have left the parking pass and info card in the unit. It would have been nice to go straight to our unit especially after driving for 10 hours.

This condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for all of us and it had the best view of the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean!

Great view of beach from balcony, clean and very well stocked. Only drawback was that we could hear the VERY loud walking/running tenants directly above us. The facility’s wood construction is not the best for sound proofing. With that said, I would still recommend.

There’s a big need for bathroom near pool and ocean to help children not use pool water!

Beach Getaway

305 Sea Glass was all that we hoped it would be. We were able to walk on the beach every morning and then spend the day relaxing on the beach!!

Great Place

Great building and the condo was just as listed. Beautiful place right on the beach. About a mile walk to The Hangout but still close enough to all of the action.

More disappointment than not

Due to undeclared construction/ glaring workers and loud construction music, early construction noise/ poor insulation between floors, we will have to decide if we come back.

Great location and not crowded on the beach. parking is very tight if you have a big vehicle. Overall a great place to stay.

Pleasant/relaxing

This is a sweet get away. Amenities, pool, private balcony, easy access to beach, kitchen, tvs are all excellent. At this time, construction happening in front toward the road, and the main bathroom needs improvement. The shower/tub/shower curtain and towel racks are not up to high standards set elsewhere in the condo.

Great location & beautiful view!

This new condo is light and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean! The beach front provides amble space for chairs and umbrellas for all its guests. This unit is completely stocked with dishes and items for cooking.
