The best thing I can say about this property is that the management company was responsive. When you arrive and park in the back, it's hard to walk up to the house because there is an overgrown tree blocking your way. When you open the back door, the first thing you see is the subfloor of the kitchen where the tile is worn through. The kitchen had several gnats that were there throughout our stay despite the management company sending someone to treat them. The upstairs has a sewer smell that comes and goes, even though we kept the bathroom fan on most of the time we were there. There were also gnats (or some sort of small, flying insect) in the bathroom. The AC struggled to keep the upstairs cool (the management company kindly offered to bring portable AC units), and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are two outlets in the bedroom we stayed in. One was behind the bed. The headboards aren't connected to the beds, which makes moving the bed to access the outlet interesting. If you stay here, bring extension cords! The main floor was spacious and there is a nice sized tv. The water pressure was okay in the shower, but the water spout is very loose. Overall, this property needs some TLC. I wouldn't stay here again.
