Just minutes away, you'll find the picturesque Phoenix Mountain Preserve, perfect for hiking and enjoying panoramic city views. The Dreaming Tree is situated in a family-friendly community with tree-lined streets and a welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure.
Getting Around:
The Dreaming Tree is conveniently located for easy exploration of Phoenix and beyond. With quick access to major highways like the AZ-51, getting around the city is a breeze. Downtown Phoenix, with its array of museums, theaters, and sports venues, is just a 20-minute drive away. Public transportation options are also available, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible. For those looking to venture further, the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only a 25-minute drive, making travel to and from The Dreaming Tree seamless.
Other Things to Note:
• Pool Heating: Pool heat is available for $75/night or $500/week. To ensure the water is warm upon your arrival, please request and complete payment at least 72 hours before check-in.
• Pool Safety Waiver: All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to arrival. This is a standard part of our guest safety protocol.
• Non-Smoking Property: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
• No Parties or Events: While Dreaming Tree is perfect for families and small groups, parties are not permitted. The City of Phoenix enforces strict noise ordinances, and disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal. Outdoor music devices should not be used after 9:00 PM.
• Child Safety Notice: Please note there is no pool safety fence. However, all exterior doors are equipped with childproof locks in accordance with Arizona’s child safety guidelines.
• Parking: The driveway accommodates up to three midsize vehicles. Street parking is not allowed per HOA regulations.
• Noise Monitoring: To ensure neighborhood peace, the home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system. This device tracks decibel levels only—no audio is recorded.
• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and parking area. An additional camera is located inside the garage (not accessible to guests) where personal items are stored. These are for security and emergency use only.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found to have been on-site without approval—a $175 non-refundable pet fee will apply to cover deep cleaning.
• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please contact us in advance to arrange any changes to your checkout time.
