Peace of mind property is a one bedroom basement with separate entrance and backyard .
Wet bar no stove but it has all kitchen stuff . It is located in one of the best Neighbourhood 3 minutes to bus stop 10 minutes walk to shopping center ,Grocarry stores ,Restaurant , bar cineplex Entertainment and theater . 10 minutes drive to downtown.
Check in time after 4PM before 9PM , the gate will be closed at 9PM because of safety.because we put our house for sale we may have showings during your stay so with 12 hours of notice you should leave the property. Thank you

Guests are not allowed to put anything behind the door to block our way to go downstairs.the backyard is common . They have to pay for any damage .
Backyard is belongs to guests but host can go to the backyard for lawnmower and gardening , shoveling and fixing lights
They need to turn off the lights when they live the suite. They should take the garbage to the bin outside . They need to put back any changes .

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our trip. The place was very spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. Parking was convenient, which made getting around really easy. There are also plenty of restaurants, markets, and other shops nearby, so we never had to go far for anything we needed. Overall, a really convenient and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

It’s one of the best neighborhood .and close to downtown. Bus stop 3 minutes away.

This one bedroom basement is close to downtown and shopping center, many banks and restaurants close to cinema and library and park . Supermarkets and is safe and one of the best neighbourhoods.
